I have advised them in writing to provide evidence of the debt over 60 days ago and they have yet to comply. This water saving washing machine does not wash clothes. My husband bought ours and I have put infant clothes with spit up on them in to wash only to have the same clothes on top with the vomit still intact. The same has happened with many other stains. It does not even make good engineering sense to have a washing machine which rotates in the conventional way not have much water in it. After 3 years of having a mattress it begain to have sunken sides . One side is 3 in. deep and the other 4 in deep. The pillow top is moved to the one side.I called Levins where I bought it, and they said it is defective. BUT they said it could have no stains, and I tried to clean any little stains, but the water marks from cleaning has remained. What can I do with a defective mattressess that I paid 2000 for? Orbitz doesn't provide basic customer service. You can actually get "confirmed" reservations for airline travel WITHOUT even getting a seat assignment. Their system doesn't even notify you of this. Then when you call them, you get this off shore call center with people that are incompetent and lie to you. This company has bad policy. They give you 10 days to cancel the sample, however it takes 14 days for bulk mail delivery to arrive, so your 10 days is over. Then your auto shipment starts. You have 30 days to return, when I placed my order(it is now changed to 40 days) however the by the time it arrives it beyond the 30 days. The catch is the return is based on the intial sample order, the date being the day you entered your credit card, not the time you recieved the product. It took some digging, but the $34.84 charge on our credit card bill from "Carallumma Extreme" was neither authorized nor originated from us in any way. The company is apparently a notorious criminal activity charging people an innocuous amount (it seems always $34.84) and hoping people just pay it.
