I purchased a 1996 Ford Contour in Febuary of 2005 from Greg Chapman Motors. The sales rep was Heather Kinley. When I test drove the car the check engine light came on. I imagine this website is not very well known unless some of you folks utilize online and telemedicine. Bestrxcare.com serves this community...or, at least they claim to. Basically, what they do is scam users and steal your money. I would like to complain about London General Holdings. When I purchased my car I took out GAP insurance through LGH and wish I'd never bothered. My car was written off last year and I have spent the last seven months trying to get them to sort out my claim. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and talk about the left hand not knowing what the right hand's doing... I will NEVER again buy any insurance from London General Holdings. I too was scamed by the FREE TRIAL teeth whitening product. Not only does it NOT work, but I received another set weeks later. According to the representative, he said I signed up to receive this crap, every 30 days, for 88.67 a month! I know I didn't do that! I'm emailing them back and forth everyday. I sent in my kids psp for a screen repair, sony sent me back a refurb psp with a broken hinge on the game door. I called and they sent me another box. I sent the psp in the package they gave me and never heard back. When I called in they said they never received the package and directed me to UPS. These companies and products are all one in one. Their goal is to get you to try a product under many different names for which they make sound like a 14 days trial from the day you receive the product but in all actuality, they are counting day one as the day you place your order. I purchased a Spa2Go from Comfort Line Products less than a year ago and had to replace the heating unit, which had failed, about 4 months later. Now 3 months later it has failed yet again. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a replacement and keep getting the runaround. My spa is still under warranty but I can't seem to get the replacement part even after having agreed to pay the $89 shipping-labor surcharge cost. This is obviously an inferior product. I could live with that if the company would at least live up to their warranty. I ordered a starter kit for about three months ago for over a Dollar. But on January 27th, they charged me 39.95 dollars. I went ahead and paid it because I thought that was part of the deal that I missed. But now, they started taking 39.95 dollars from my account. I used carrentals.com and reserved a car with Dollar rental. I paid the deposit and had my reservation numbers etc. When I went to pick up the car Dollar would not rent it to me since the card used was a debit card. It was going to be used to take a trip from Naples to Orlando, Fla. to see our children and grandchildren that came down from Maine. I ordered this program online and they offered a "no questions asked" refund. I asked for a refund and they started asking questions. I told them it was too slow and they offered suggestions.
