I saw this advert by privacymatters 123 and obviously didnt understand what they were marketing and I signed up, gave some details(Debit card). Bought my Mio N210 Christmas 12/08 and in May 2009 the screen cracked when I looking up an address in favorites. Yep, I am too trusting. I usually research these things, but I didn't this time, to my dismay. As most of the complaints herein, my credit card was charge $78.93 with an additional .63 cent International Transfer Fee. I too tried to get my money back, but to no avail. Same as everyone else who was taken by this group. I sent in my $5.00 and for five months set in $100 worth of gas receipts and received nothing back. I contacted them and she assured me that there was a mix up and it would soon be in the mail ($25 for each submission). I may be dumb, but I'm not stupid, so I quit all together. I signed a contract with a company called Creditel to process my customers credit cards. Creditel went bankrupt. Digital Financial Group took my account information from Credital and charged me $600 in what they called early termination fees without my authorization. Digital Financial Group had an A+ rating with the BBB before my complaint. I was unfortunately enough to get sucked in to the Ivory Brites, which clearly states on the main home page that it’s a risk free trial, and that all you have to do is pay for the $4.99 shipping charge.
