I ordered 6 different "trial" products without researching the Company. I received them promptly, but, before I had time to try them, I received new shipments of each one. They charged them to my credit card, at full price. Not only that, they charged me full price for the trial products. In very small print on the bottom of papers enclosed with the product, it says "if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply return all unopened units for full refund". I had an individual come to my home and state that my home was in foreclosure . He was interested in my home and stated he received the information on a website called RealityStore.com. NRS called my relentless for two months. I finally just got their magazine but when it came time to be billed the price was way more than originally quoted but they refuse to allow me to cancel saying I agreed to be locked into there service for 6 months. The Lakes of Bellevue Apartments in Bellevue section of Nashville has been taken over by a disreputable management company. They will jack up your rent by as much as $100 every time you renew your lease. They will force you to pay the rent on the rest of your lease, plus penalties, and "so called concessions" if you need to break your lease and move away. We keep receiving repeat phone calls from this company. They keep upping the price attempting to lock us into a 5 year subscription to cheap magazines. The company had our names, addresses, and phone numbers and asked for credit card and date of birth information. When I refused, the agent became belligerent. When I questioned the exorbitant monthly subscription charges, he became even further incensed. I told them to remove us from their call list and hung up after multiple phone calls. I went to Sams Club as a member, and ordered a set of 4 Michelin tires that don't stock for my 2003 Toyota Camry on April 10, 2009, and paid for upfront. On April 14, 2009, I received a call at 4:10pm that the tire set was in, was told they were not busy, and I could go in and have the set installed in about 45 minutes. this company would NOT stop automatic charges and shipments. I called to cancel each time I got a shipment and was told I could NOT return the shipment. Finally after 6 months, I got a cancellation number! I could not get answers by phone, so I tried email. I got a response from a no-reply address!! I was out of town over this past weekend and when I stopped to get gas I went to pay with my Emerald Card and to my surprise the card was declined. The Cashier told me to go look at my account with the atm. The ATM told me the card wasnt valid. This company should be put out of business. My c card was charged 87.13 without my consent. This product was advertised on the Oprah show. I ordered on line a free sample and paid for shipping. I called to cancel my account but was notified that if Idid not cancel within 15 days of the shipping date, NOT the received date, you would be charged the full amount. How do you know the shipping date? The customer should be able to call for the refund starting with the recieved date. They also automatically enroll you in their Autoship program which you can NOT cancel before being billed over $100. Yes, I read the terms and conditions, and it’s worded just oddly enough that I thought I could cancel. I see what they’re saying now, but the FTC has told me that it is indeed worded badly and that they will investigate if other people have a similar complaint.
