I never received the snowblower, as they claimed the shippment was delayed, then they were different from the one pictured so they had to email everyone a picture to see if they still wanted it. Please be careful when you shop at Sleepys. The salesmen are very unethical. Yesterday, I went in-store to look for a queen mattress and was misled and then, after making a phone complaint, was cheated by the phone representative. The website indicated that shipping and handling would be $7.95 - it asked for name, address, and credit card number and then never disclosed that S&H would actually be $15.90 until the order had already been placed. Company advertises for old cellphones. They will assess your old cellphone once you mail it to them and then pay you an agreed upon amount for recycling. I sent an Ericsson P900 and was told I would receive $29.00 once they had processed it (checked to see if it was in good working condition). They received my phone and inspected it. What a waste of time! Ordered new hardwoods for my house. After paying upfront for the material because I was told it was a special order, the material never arrived. I had the entire job scheduled out for weeks in advance. They were to do the install also. Randy Lovelace has no idea what is going and he is the VP. Ever since I moved to Mission Park Green Apartments in Plano I have had problems. I did not know that now Plano has become the ghetto. Worked with ACS for 4 months on status of son's loan, only to learn that they consistently provided me with incorrect information over the phone and would not send anything in writing. In April and May they sent negative entries to the credit bureaus WHILE I still thought they were processing his loan.
