I started receiving calls from the "Law Offices of Jason Head" a few months ago. The debt was discharged in my bankruptcy 7 years ago. They won't stop calling, they won't send me a letter detailing the debt and are getting continually nasty. They called my father's home but he blew them off. Lawyers in Oklahoma City say... DON'T USE KEN BOYER. My ex was arrested last year for actual physical control (APC) of a vehicle. His fault. I get that. This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee. When I called them and asked for a refund they claimed that they could not refund the account set up fee but they could set up the consultation since they never provided that service. I tried to order some under the bed storage containers for shoes. I had the order number, and confirmation of a charge for my account. When I went to track the order, I got nowhere. I called the only number I could find, but they could not find my order. You can bet they had the charge ready to post to my credit card. When it is finally posted, I will dispute the order. I ordered an Entire Exhaust system for a Mustang. American Muscle sent me two different size exhaust tips. One was nuch bigger than the other. I took my car there yesterday to get my yearly inspection because my inspection sticker was expiring. BEFORE the inspection was conducted, I informed the owner THAT MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. My experience is they were supposed to only charge my debit card $1.95 and they would send me an information (cd) on the grant info. Instead I was charged $57.61 and 38.21 for some Turbo-IRS-Taxes.com that I have never heard of or used. When I called to reverse charges for both of these I got the same guy at 2 different phone numbers and he made no guarantees for a refund.
