My grandmother bought me a Keurig Coffee Maker and it was broke. I tried to return/ exchange it but they refused without a reciept. Now I have a broken coffee maker worth $100 and hate Target. I have eaten at Togo's on Hawthorne selected times in the past couple of months and am very disappointed in this location. First, the employees meticulously weigh every single item that goes on your sandwich. They are so concerned with cutting costs, that the customer feels like they are on an imposed diet by the Togo's staff. We bought a Jacuzzi spa two years ago because we believed it was a quality product. Over the past three months we have experienced two serious leaks, which resulted in the spa being out of service for three months. I have emailed Jacuzzi twice, but have received no response. The local service company doing the warranty work does not seem to be at all concerned about the quality issues. We are very unhappy with both the lack of quality of the product and Jacuzzi's obvious lack of concern over customer satisfaction. We were sold a sigma camera lens from this shop. The sales person had a high priced sticker for this item and led us to believe it was a better lens than the cannon lens. The price was close to $400.00. We came home and found out the lens was priced from $120.00 to $165.00. We were first deceived and misled and. I ordered a pool table from pooltables-direct.com February 2nd over the phone. I asked the young man who took my order about colors, telling him we have oak in our home. He suggested chestnut stain would go with oak, that it would "bring out the grain in the wood nicely."
