We ordered a carpet from BOS on 1-31-06 and was promised it would be installed on 2-10-06 around 9 AM. 1 year ago, we had 2 sliding windows and 1 bay window installed. The installation was very poor; the bay window frame started coming apart in a few months, the casements on the bay window never opened properly, and one of the sliding windows had a wrong-sized screen shoved in its place. I have filed a complaint with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. I was told by the DCA, that Xelent Staffing is not licensed and therefore, the department can't take any legal action against them, so to recover my money, I would have to take them to Court.
