We bought a BoatFloat lift about 10 days ago it stopped working. We called the manufacture and he came to our house to check the lift. He told there was an electrical problem at the house. We called the electrician and he said that there is no power problem at the house and the issue is on the lift itself. The lift has a 2 year warranty but the manufacture sent us an invoice for $ 599.07 and he did not fix the lift. He refuses to honor the warranty. I have been calling him and sending several emails. Midtown NYC to Albany NY. I found this company through a website
www.ivymedia.com, which listed a fare leaving from NYC to Albany for $20
each way. When I clicked on the link to book a ticket from NYC to Albany
NY, it stated the requested link is missing. When I called up Dragon
Expressway to find out how to book the ticket for this price, they
stated ivymedia is now Dragon expressway and the ticket is not $20,

Pool Designs
This is a list of the damage and problems with our pool. Our pool is not
holding water and is leaking badly. This company will not even show up
to look at it. They will not answer their phones nor return phone calls.
Need to repair all cement(front & back yard), fix pool from leaking,

I am the owner of townhouse #128 at the gardens complex, my property was

I called and canceled this program on April 10, 2009 and yet I have a charge on my credit card for $24.95 for April 14, 2009. This was for a diet program I had no need for which, unknown fo me, was included in an order for Resveratrol pills. The pills were billed separately, which I agreed to pay for one shipment and cancal after that. I did not agree to pay for this diet/exercise program.

would like to represent me. So I called them up and they said that for
about $380CDN they put my pictures in a cd-rom send it out and get
auditions for me.
Stupid enough I trusted them and I paid them in full amount.
Needless to say I never got a any auditions from them. They just put a
picture on there website that's it.
I then went to the Better Business Bureau website and filed a complaint.
Weeks went by and I never got a resolution.

On Halloween night (2005) Me and a girlfriend went to a popular district (Ybor) of Tampa..We had already been to a few clubs before decided to go to Fuel, we stood in line and once we got to the door we showed our I.Ds and paid 10.00$. I have made several tanzanite purchases, from Jewelry Television. I fell for their host's speal about top gem color only to find out from my local GIA that they were only considered Good in color and what I paid for them was what I could have purchased them for anywhere!
Please do not fall for their selling techniques.

My wife and I purchased a home from O’donnell & Sons Inc. After living in the house for 7 months, the closing punch list items are still not complete. Our basement floods any time there is a heavy rainfall because the property was not properly excavated. The Wappingers Falls town engineer verified that the land in Meadow Woods should be pitched away from the houses towards the holding pond, while my property pitches back towards the house. The last time one of Casteel's technicians came out he would not get off the phone with his ex wife. I couldn't even ask him questions because he was on the phone the entire time! Then he was in a hurry to leave. His estimate was extremely high and we were able to get the same service else where for $1k cheaper.
