My brother in law lived with us for 6 weeks last year in February 2008. When he moved out he never changed his address or phone number with Sallie Mae. We have been recieving (sometimes very rude)phone calls for him almost every other day via automated or service representatives. I have asked to speak with the manager atleast three times to complain that our brother in law doesn't live here and we don't know where he is. We are looking for someone to help us with the incident at the McDonalds Skyway restaurant. On Saturday, April 11, 2009 my husband and I were traveling to Michigan to visit parents for Easter. Stopped at McDonalds on the Skyway for something to eat and coffee. We stopped there for convenience and knowing that the McDonalds name has a good reputation - we would have no problems. I cannot believe this company! What a crock! I had to make 4 phone calls to cancel 2 "trial" pills that I ordered. I cancelled the day I received the trials in the mail and I have had to make 2 phone calls since then. I wish I would have checked into it further before ordering the trials. To anyone out there wanting to take advantage of free trial and pay only s/h DO NOT DO IT!!! They will not give any money back even though cancellation was done immediately. This is a scam to get a steady $87+ from people monthly. They use the following tag lines to take you to a web site to order (however, the have SERVERAL websites. No invoice or other info is in pkg. I received a very small sample of both and then along came full bottles of said products with absolutely no ordering from me and no invoice with a price or any information to contact them. Took car in for a routine maintenance. I was asked if want to join a club with them and that I would be eligible for discounts. I said sure and filled the brief paperwork and proceeded to wait for the job to be done. While waiting for my car I started to really look through the paper work that they had given me. The portable clamp at the end of the hose leaks and water blows all over the counters or the pressure blows the clamp off the faucet ( worn out). The beginning of March 2009, I called for repairs and to do general maintenance service . The Repair Tech came out on the 6th...noted that parts needed to be ordered. I 0rdered next day delivery of flowers to a funeral. I placed the order at 8:00 P.M. on April 15th for delivery at 11:00 A.M. on April 16th. I received a phone call at 9:45 from a customer service agent stating that the order could not be completed because they don't open until 8:39 and there was no time to complete the order. I called a local florist when I got off the phone at 10:00and they were able to deliver the flowers by the 11:00 funeral time. The online ad indicates that there was same day delivery available I requested same day delivery and then was told that ther was not enough time between 8:30 to 11:00 to deliver the flowers. read full review »

I bought a phone from this company and have recieved the worst customer service that I have ever recieved from anyone. First I was lied to about my phone and it's options. Then metro pcs keeps adding services without my permission. It's the 16th of the month and I am already recieving reminders tyo pay my bill on the 8th of next month. Isn't that a little eartly? I ordered from a seller on Half.com. After 2 months and repeated emails to seller and ebay, I still had no dvds. I filed a claim and still nothing. I contacted BBB and received a note from them saying that they could not help me. The matter was 'beyond their scope.' When I finally was contacted by half.com, they said they credited me the full amount. This was a lie, they only returned 2/3 of the money to my credit card. I recently bought four remanufactured Lexmark replacement ink cartridges from Impression Inkjet (Ebay Seller: Impressionsales). Impression Inkjet advertises its ink cartridges are 100% guaranteed with a one year warranty. Two of the ink cartridges I received did not print properly, so I followed their return instructions and waited to receive my two replacement cartridges. Very Unprofessional... damaged our stuff in the move by dragging if up cement stairs(rather than picking it up) and b/c they charge by the hour they take there time with the move(long restroom breaks, talking/texting on the phone)... when i call the manager(and it even got to the point where i talked to their branch manager) they denied everything and were really defensive. I purchased the Vivitek 56" Rear Projection television in July of 2006 I have since had to replace the lamp for the fourth time now. Going direct to Vivitek they will charge you $196.00 for the lamp, but that does include shipping. How kind they are huh? NOT! I had order 3 products from this company with the owner himself, Michael Tsunis. Less than 18 hrs later I canceled. Michael said 1 products had been in production in China. Ok...So, he said he will refund money for the other 2 products. With so many emails and phone calls, they still won't refund the money. They didn't respond to my credit card company for fault. They don't returns my calls, my emails. My credit card company then make me paid for the charge because they can' contact this company. They still owned me $2640.00. This company is set up to take in money for software one downloads from their site. Their claims detailing what this software can and will do are patently FALSE. They detail the option of getting a refund if the customer complies with certain UNMENTIONED requirements within 60 days but does NOT detail these requirements. I applied for a $500 loan in January. Each pay period that automatically tool $150 dollars from my account. I understand that there would be an add'l 50.00 (200.00) for the last payment.
