Complaint: I ordered a decal on February 5 using Visa. I received one email from them that my order was received and my decal would be sent 3-4 days after payment received. This place was such a nightmare! During my daughters 8 month stay there I've witnessed teachers handling children roughly, pulling them by their arms and yelling at them. We purchased a GE microwave from Jessup's in January. We paid their installers $85 to install it in the space above the stove where the previous microwave had been. Approximately 3 weeks later, while we were away, the microwave fell from its mounting, landing face down on the stove top. These were personal items purchased in Italy and brought to Mailboxes in Soverato for mailing to my home in the States. I paid almost $400.00 US and when them items were received 90% of the contents were damaged or destroyed. The packing of the the boxes were absolutely terrible. I had a RAW SEWAGE backup in my basement from a blockage on the street via MSD. The pitiful response I got from the IDS Restoration Company was very disappointing after MSD all but insisted I utilize THEIR clean-up crews! Owner, also person who towed my husband's car, charged us 175.00 for a simple tow. (Towing service was contacted by police, not us.) Car was not in ditch, damaged or in a difficult spot. I bought the software restorer 2000 from bitmart ( www.bitmart.com) and it does not perform the function it is advertised to - absurd, really, but there you go. Second life, The virtual world has several issues dealing with bugs that can cost there paying members money, however thay refuse to resolve these bugs. I bought the 'Revlon Expert Effect Nail Clip' at Target. They're touted as having an easy grip that won't slip. That part is fine - but unfortunately, they won't cut either! I was contacted via phone by the Flagship Fantasea Resorts in Atlantic City to take a tour of their facilities and in exchange for my time, I get FOUR airline tickets, 2 nights stay at a hotel for a mini vacation, $25 dining card and $20 cash from a casino. I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Schaumburg, IL for 3 nights over Memorial weekend. I call it a staycation because I live 5 miles from the location. On the 2nd night when I returned frome my day I was locked out of my room. The key wouldn't work. The front desk made me 4 sets of keys, taking 4 trips to the front desk and back to the 6th floor. My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008. I was told that the unit would be returned to me within 9 to 15 DAYS. It is now May 2009, some 5 months later and I am still waiting for its return.
