When I called they explained to me that a person name so and so entered my phone number for some kind of email server services and stated that they were authorized to use my phone # and that I gave permission - which I did not. My husband has a loan with GEMB lending and was behind in his payment so I told him that he could make the payment out of my checking account. I was present when the call was made to GEMB. I purchased a car from this company in Jan of 2004. My car payments are $370.00 a month and there has literally not been a single month that I have paid on this car and actually had it run correctly. We were tricked into signing a one page contract by an agent. After we found out that the monthly charge was more than what stated in the contract, we called to cancel and were told that we were locked for four years. I can't substantiate a 'bait and switch' situation, but that's how I feel I was treated. I was quoted a price on the phone and again in person. I agreed to the price. This company FBK Products sold me septic products to keep my system from failing. I followed the guidelines and upgraded to better products when suggested. They then sold me a warranty policy to cover any damages to my system, pumping, failed leach fields etc. and then when the products did not work and my system failed due to a sludge in the lines the company would not honor the warranty agreement. I canceled my membership and the company still took $90 out of my account on Oct. 29, 2008 and sent their product.When I called to complain 2 days later they gave me a 7-10 business days time frame after I gave them the tracking number from the post office that I had sent the product back. I called again early Dec. 2008 and was told it would be credited on 12/19/08, that they were having computer problems. I brought my eleven year old son a rc truck for christmas. We followed the instructions to the letter. After the third tank of break in fuel the truck will not start. When we contact duratrax customer support they tell me to send in the truck and they will look at it. In the meantime my son has no christmas present no nothing to play with. Stefan Minkov and Pointandfigure.net are a total scam. I tried their system for a while, followed their market calls, and even spoke to Stephan a couple of times. I explained how important it ws that I have a good system to help me make money trading the futures market, and they offered to help. I lost 95% of my money in October 2008. I received a charge to my checking account. I am not sure where it came from but I think that it is from ACAI Pure. I purchased a 30 day trial of the Acai Berry tablets and within 10 days, my account was charged 79.95. I did not authorize for that to be charged to my checking account.
