I did a survey to select my preference for a certain product and you have to select so many products you want to recieve to get the free product. I only wanted the test product for $1. but they sent 2 more products and charged $45.85 to my acct. I did not want the other 2 products. It took 40 minutes for me to get to KFC, which my whole family wanted, and 20 minutes to get home only to discover that the chicken was swimming in a puddle of grease which made it very soggy. My husband drove back to get another bucket, and it was packed. He reached them by phone while standing in the restaurant and they informed him that they will replace the chicken. So he comes back home and we try to salvage dinner by eating the meat and it was not even done, raw! and very tough. I had been time warner cable customer for last 4 years. Since beginning of this year, my internet would just get disconnected for no reason for weeks at end. I called the service and they sent someone out and found out that my main cable line was disconncted from the box which only time warner people had access to. They shipped me a bunch of silicone "pieces" that are not in any way similar to the ibud (I've since purchased ibuds from handhleditems.com). I recently had family pictures made. When we were taking the pictures, the photographer kept stopping to wait on customers that came to the cash register. Our daughter was in from out of state so we only had that day to take pictures. We were offended that we were interrupted so often. She also didn't know how to pose us. On 9-15-08 I bring my 1994 GMC Yukon to Quality Auto Centers located at 254 Valley St, South Orange New jersey 07079. I tell the (manager) Ray that my truck will not go over 20mph while driving. On June 12th, 2007 I had a house fire in my basement. The basement and all of its contents was totally destroyed along with the upstairs being heavily smoke damaged. First they said it was a "free" card with a months "free" service. It cost me $115 upfront just to sign up online. Then there was the shock of the debit on my bank account 5 days before it was due. My Mother had a stroke and has been to this doctor as a family doctor and she seems to like him. I think that he is a fraud. Everytime she need blood pressure medicine he only perscriptions 3 mos and calls her into his office for a fee every three months. I purchased 2 couches at the beginning of the year and also the warrenty. My couch had some milk spilt on it and I requested a tech come out and clean it. He did and anfter he left, it dried hard. First I must say my experience with GM is not unique. My family has GM cars throughout. Most of the problems seem to be consistent. I own a Malibu(2002).
