Do not ever give your web development work to this company. They will take your money and screw it up. They use bad ethical practices like hold you at ransom halfway. Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund. Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. My niece & her husband were never notified that their mortgage payment had increased ($300 per month) until they received a letter of foreclosure. When my niece called Flagstar to question the letter, Flagstar told her that her mortgage payment had increased 3 prior and all of their payments from those last 3 mos was sitting in escrow. I have serious issues with Lynn Foster and the maintenance man over Arrington Estates, managed by L & W Management. Ms. Foster and the maintenance man are constantly harassing residents of Arrington Estates, and now employers of residents. The most recent issue includes my place of employment being called. The new manager of the store that has the posted complaint went out of her way to go to my fathers nursing home fit him and take glasses back. I had no other way to help him see and it was the fifth store I had been at trying to get help for Dad. They went above and beyond to help me and if that is how they view customer service should be I will tell everyone I ever meet to go there. No problems with glasses at all in the past 3 months. I used lending tree looking too refinance on about Aug.7. I at no time agreed too use lenders direct. The calls started instantly and so did the emails. I went to Rent King in Jax to get some furniture. The stores District Manager happened to be there that day and he was my salesman. I picked out a Sofa and Loveseat and was assured I would not be getting the floor model rather a new set from the backroom. Back in Sept of 2007, a Platinum Protection sales rep had come out to our house. They were giving Free Wireless Alarms away with a 2 year contract of service. American Education Services, AES, has terrible customer service. As I was perusing my credit card statement, I saw a charge from "Easy Saver" that I was not to clear about. Upon investigation I saw that the charge was from PA and I had not been out of Texas. I had purchased 2 pairs of the same Prada shoes in different colors. They were thong type sandals. Both pairs broke - the thong part came completely out of the sole (a clear defect in the design of the shoe itself). People do not expect to pay nearly $400 for a pair of shoes and then have them break. It was the first time I had worn one of the pairs. Be careful of signing any "Releases" from the, its actually a two year contract requiring you to pay for there $55 dollar a month service. They tricked me and now it reports to my credit. Its way over priced and who really needs tanning for two years. Don't trust there sales rep and read every word of what your signing. I would suggest going to a locally owned tanning salon instead of them, the people who own it might actually know something about tanning. ATB's employees are stupid and kinda rude. A lie of omission is still a lie. FP Mailing Solutions told me that Pitney Bowes postage meters were faulty, expensive and contained hidden charges. So, I went with FP (stupid me). The salesman neglected to mention that you needed a dedicated analog phone line to download your postage. I run a web design business and have only digital signals. And they say there is no other way to do it. Pifers Towing of Mineralwells West Virginia was called by Wood County Sherrifs dept. to tow my truck for a bumper height violation. I had requested that Rocky's be called and not Pifers. Pifers towed my vehicle instead and caused over $3000 in damage to this vehicle. The tow truck driver admitted to the owner (Mike Pifer) that he had damaged my vehicle. I have the worst customer service experience. I called them on September 18 at 12 noon and a recorded voice says your hold period may be more than 40 minutes. I decided to send them an e-mail, the auto reply says they are experiencing high volume of e-mails so expect a delay in reply. It shows they have real poor service. When I signed up in June 2008, I was told I shall get 15000 bonus aeroplan miles with my second invoice in August 2008, but Primus did not credit the aeroplan miles. Associated Bank "misplaced" (they say by a coding error) a $400.00 cash deposit that created overdrafts to my account. That error left me stranded in the middle of the night, out of town and out of gas without the use of my debit card. It also created overdrafts on my account the next day for checks that came in. On July 15, 2008 my son went to wash his hands in the bathroom of Denney's Restaurant in Madera, CA he slipped on the wet floor, hit his head knocked him out for a second. hit his front teeth on the sink and knocked out 5 teeth! I have a 2008 Ford Hybrid Escape, off the lot, it came with a GPS system. Don't buy it - not worth the money it gives wrong directions - called Ford from vehicle while trying to navigate thru adriondack mtn's. Guardian Security will trick you into a 3 yr Contract. They will tell you, that the contract is for 1 year, turns out, that if you don't read, its 3 YRS!!! I tried canceling because I have Vonage as a phone service, instead of a land line. To cancel they are charging me over $1400 for the equipment. That is insane! I told them they can have it back.
