I called to explain why I would be late with the payment and the person that answered the phone told me if I couldn't make my payment on time why did i get into a mortgage that I couldn't handle. My mother in law took her Hyndai Elantra in to Majestic Auto in Tucson, Arizona for a timing belt replacement. (The belt was old and due for replacement, not broken yet.) We live in a rural part of the state that provides no other internet connectivity, and have been stuck with DirecWay's being swallowed by Hughes.net. Without appropriate notification, Hughes.net enabled what they call a Fair Access Policy, but there is nothing fair about it. I received a flyer in the mail to enter my little girl in the Pretty Little Princess Pageant sponsored by Starfire Pageants, Inc. I sent in $20. About a week later I received my "acceptance" package to mail another pile of fees (approximately $150) to "really" register her. I placed an order with Blair in April of 2008 and have subsequently been billed by EZ Saver at a rate of $14.95 from June 2008 through September 2008 plus $1.95 in 4/08 for a total of $61.55 for membership in EZSaver that I did not authorize. September 2008 Stayed at the Best Western Shadow Mountain in Durango. While I was staying in the hotel room someone with a key card tried to enter the room. I had the safety lock on. I tried to get a free credit report online. It ended up costing me $29.95 and automatically signed me up for a 30 day monitoring service. Unknown to me that changed to an automatic deduction of $9.95 per month from my credit card. I called the company at 866-365-8654 and I have been told that they will cancel any future payments and services but will not refund all the monthly payment already deducted as they have a no refund policy. This company removed 129.85 from my debit card on the 19th of Sept. 2008 at 3A.M., which also confirms this is not a legitamite deal. All billing places generally bill at 12 midnight. I do not even know who they are. I called this morning and they told me I was responsible regardless, because of the IP address. they also stated it was a work at home site but did not tell me which one. This is a total fraud. Do not fall for any of they're schemes. I was told that they participate with Blu Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna & United Health. They told me that these 3 major companies would be listed on the back of my Medical card, and that these 3 company logo's would also appear on the back of my Medical card.
