I called Choice reservation line and talked to a Connie (1-800-521-2121) to request an additional night be added to our reservaton in Lombard Il 10/01/08-10/06/08. We did add the extra night, but the reservation clerk said it would cost us the same as the $95.99 we paid for our 1st night at the same location. Our confirmation code is 60145138. I have spent a couple of thousand dollars with parts and service from Spa Brokers, The tach recently came out and did service on myhot tub, 14.00 for the part and the other 248.00 in service. THey needed to put a new jet into the hot tub. The tech left such a mess it was rediculous. under the Tub and most importantly in the tub. Now I am very worried that the shavings from the drilling to allow a larger jet will now cause pump issus. This will absolutly be the last time I use these people. This Grant Guide Co. for the the months of August and September have with out authorization been deducting $49.50 from my checking account. I did in fact cancell the free trial with the time frame that was given and, did reveive an e-mail with confirmation of this transaction. I want the total amount of $99.00 credited to my account immediately. They do not answer their phones even though they give a phone number on your statement to call, and you can never get a person on the phone. This is a terrible thing to do to people. This company charged my credit card $272.00 without my knowledge or authorization. I don't know who these people are or how to contact them. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and they looked into it and told me the dispute was closed because DRI WWW ELEMENTS INFO said the charge was legit and that it was for some software. What software! I have never ordered software from anyone for my computer. The credit card company said there is nothing they can do and that I need to take it up with DRI WWW ELEMENTS INFO.
