I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I now see in Reader's Digest (O8) that this is one of many tactics employed by this company to deny or stall legitimate claims. A guest at the hotel where I work comes to town child in college here.I gave good customer service to our guest so I was given a Bob Evans gift card they are located next to my place of employment. Giftcard value $10.00 so that I could have lunch on them. When I tried to use it the value was 1.81 cents. WageWorks for two years in a row has received a faxed claim from me on 3/31 but claimed it was illegible. 3/31 is the last date you can submit a claim from the previous year. So, they wait a month and then send a letter saying that the claim was illegible, and to re-send it. So, I immediately re-send, but then, of course, they say that the claim is too late. We made an offer on a single family home in Towamencin township on May 16th contingent on a successful home inspection with a deposit of $1000. We choose "option 1" on the agreement of sale. The inspection did not go well and we elected to continue our home search. The realtor says he cannot release the $1000 deposit to us without the seller's signature and the seller refuses to sign. I just received a rather offensive "betting guide" in the mail. I did not order this magazine, and I do NOT bet on sports/games. I have no idea how this company got my home address, and they were VERY UN-COOPERATIVE in removing my information. They even REFUSED to let me speak to a manager or to the editor. Scott, the service manager at Gunn Nissan and his helper Jeff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and bordered on sexist toward me. I was out with a friend and ran out of cash at the club. So why not use my debit/visa right? Wrong! I made a single purchase at the bar and was given my card back. Then I check my balance online only to find out that DC's made two other charges that night on my card. This added up to 90 dollars in unauthorized charges. My doctor prescribed 30 days of Azasite for conjunctivitis including 2 refills. First bottle Apr 19 lasted to Apr 25 but MEDCO wouldn't pay because they said the first bottle was supposed to last 20 days. Same thing happened May 5 when the second bottle ran out. I experienced high pressure sales. I received repeated phone calls, morning, noon and night. They build the suspense for the rate quote and I was told I must accept immediately, or the rate will automatically be higher. They tell you it's just a deposit (for the full amount) but you have 30 days to review their policy. Got four calls, within minutes, from same supervisor, after I requested they remove my name from their calling list. They just wanted another chance to "explain". We are $2500.00 delinquent on our fully paid timeshare with Orange Lake, we have been trying to unload this time share for a year or two but no luck. In May of 2008 my organization purchased a GBC Heatseal H425, Unit took about a half hour to warm up "longer" than the advertised 10 minute warm up. I started receiving these "Email CNN Alerts" to my gmail account. I didn't ask for any alerts. The email offers unsubscribe which forces you to try to login first though. Since I have never registered with CNN.com it's a problem loging in. Dr. Tanya Sale was 45 MINUTES LATE for the appointment. She did not apologize and only spent 7 minutes with me. This was to check my skin problem and answer questions. I have started receiving collection notices for Highlights for Children which I never ordered! I see other people have also received collection notices on this website from this same collections firm for items that they didn't order as well. My June electric bill was 316.00. My July bill was 500.00. I have a 850 sq ft apt with washer and dryer and I keep my a/c on 78.
