Company wont give the EPA certification for the xm-155. The MCO provided did not say it met EPA standards so DMV in Oregon wont license the scooter. Cant get it street legal without the EPA certification. Ive been trying to get it for TWO MONTHS from customer service. So I wind up with an expensive YARD ORNAMENT!! I purchased one order from this company 5/21/08. The order was paid for on that date. Now on 7/25/08 there was 2 unauthorized charges for 69.99. There is no reason for these charges. I pre-paid for a serviced to be done on a crown. I do not live in the state but returned to have the work done. Not only did the dentist insult me by me gaining weight (due to pregnancy) but told me he would not do services on me (even though my doctor said it was ok because I was 10 weeks pregnant). I purchased a peticure elite on 5/13/2008 and did not receive the product until 7/14/2008. After receiving the product I charged the battery as per instructions and went to use it and it quit and does not work. It is made in china and is of very poor quality. On 23July08 I went to Walgreens at 7910 Fountain Mesa RD, Fountain, CO #719-382-0427 I filled a prescription for 20 tablets of hydrocodone in preparation for surgery on the 30th. As I did not need the meds right away I put the package up. I took 2 tablets on the 30th after my surgery. I then took 2 tablets during the day of the 31st and that is when I noticed that there were only 6 tablets left. 6+4=10.
