I checked my credit report and a charge for $32.00 that I have never received any kind of notice for was on the report. I sent a check to the address shown on the credit report and received a letter back stating they did not have any info about this charge. I then contacted equifax and told them about this and to please have medclear send me the bill but all equifax sent to me was that it was, in fact, a real charge. Beware of this contractor! - The owner is Glen Petro just in case he is using a new company name- I hired him to do a remodeling job that was supposed to take 3-4 months. After seven months he & his crew just walked off the job one day even though we had given him money for the entire job. He left the job site and never returned. On July 7, 2008 I order ANTI VIRUS SCAN program from my computer, which cost was $30.76 and for that purpose I submit my credit card number. For my surprise I never received what I order and suddenly additional my credit card was charge with the following amounts: $41.01 and $25.61. I purchased a Milano 150 cc scooter in May. The scooter has had several problems. I call the 800# on the website and leave messages no one ever call back I have sent then numerous e-mail and no replys. I had a scooter tech to call them for parts (which should be under warranty) they do not respond to his calls or e-mails either. I live in Colorado, so I depend on good customer service. Superlative sales reps sign you up for a one year contract to have a website hosted through them. What they don't tell you is that the contract automatically renews for another year on its anniversary, and they will not cancel mid-contract. Customer service rarely returns a phone call or responds to an e-mail. I had a 5:30 pm reservation for a New York-to-Boston bus trip on Friday (August 1, 2008). I arrived at the Megabus' stop at 4:30 pm. There was a bus waiting and there were seats still available. I purchased a 2004 GMC Envoy on 04-27-07 with 34, 125 miles on it. Since then I had a brake pad fall off while I was driving the vehicle. I replaced all four brakes, rotors, and tires. I have replace the instrument panel, secondary air pump (was filled with water), spare tire release mechanism, tie rod, wheel bearings, and most recently I had to replace the muffler and a section of the exhaust system.
