I purchased a 2006 Ford Five hundred from this dealership and am very happy with the car. The day after I purchased the car I was attempting to find the code to use on the key pad on the door for the purpose of unlocking the car without keys. They say I have to write them to cancel my account, something they neglected to mention for two years! I have been in toch with them for a year, expressing my displeasure with their service(or lack there-of). These phone conversations were not enough for them, apparently. So now I wasted $600 for year one, and they charge my card for year two also. My card co. may be siding with them as they did say ther were terms and conditions to see on their web page, but I don't think it would hold up in court. This company is bilking honest people of their money. Keep an eye on your account. If you notice it is being charged to your debit card then you will immediately need to cancel the card and fill out a fraud form with your bank. This can take awhile but at least you will get your money back. If your bank is unresponsive close your account and go to another bank. I was charged just under $70. I Placed an order with this company on-line. It took several attempts to connect to their server. I tried placing the order via phone, and gave up after 20 minutes on hold. I finally got the order placed online. I received an e-mail notice 3 days later that my order was received. On day 9 I still did not have a tracking order. I had to use my credit card to activate a 3-month gift card for this company. They listed numerous books as "available" which would be shipped in days, however one of the books I selected wasn't available. They wouldn't send the two others that were.
