These people market themselves as a computer systems monitoring company, watching small and medium sized business systems for security breaches and systems problems. What they don't tell prospective clients is that they outsource the monitoring to a company called Synergy, which does the actual monitoring. So, their clients could go directly to Synergy and get a better deal, since all techchex does is tack on their fees to what Synergy would charge for the exact same service. I took my 9 month old son for blood test to Quest Diagnostics Lab which was referred by his pediatrician. They were first not able to understand the code writeen in the test paper provided by the doctor. They took 1 hr to break the code. Then there was just one specialist who takes the blood from kids so we had to wait really long. Ultimately they took the blood but the test result never went to the doctor. Had been pestered to renew my Norton antivirus which I did know was to expire soon. Had attempted to do it once, but had to update credit card info, and apparently didn't complete the transaction. Another reminder, and renewed, but it really wasn't the same site, because now I have found the charge from this company on my credit card bill and am still being told my norton anti virus has not been renewed. This company does not fix problems with the apartment from previous tenants before they move in new people. I moved in my apartment only to find a dishwasher not mounted in the cabinet. The entire unit fell out of the cabinet when you opened the door. A broken washing machine and a bathroom sink that would not drain. I have tried for three months in a row to make a reservation on their website and phone and can never get through to them. We paid a lot of money to stay in Cobo and to this date still have not secured any kind of a room . RENTER BEWARE- your rental costs may be $600 more than the quoted rental rate !! I rented a condo on the beach for Labor Day 2007. I have just wasted time by frustrating myself repeatedly, trying to join Planet Fitness online. I filled out the form correctly and completely. After doing that, I received the automated message that my credit card appeared to be invalid. Maybe I entered the numbers or expiration date incorrectly? No, it was exactly as it should be. I leased an Acura TL three years ago and was talked into buying a LoJoack detection package for a ridiculous amount of money that was tacked on to my monthly lease price. I had to call for a locksmith because I was worried that my last key for my car was going to break. I called them, they told me that it would be about $155.00 for the first key.
