I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge. I am unhappy with the way the move was handled. The following issues: 1. The people did not have the tool box to disassemble/reassemble my furniture. I had to do it by my self 2. The mattresses were covered using shrink wrap which was free of cost. But I was charged for that stating that it is mattress cover 3. Too slow in doing the stuff.
