Super 8 Hotel 160 State Rt 17 Mahwah , NJ 07430- 1240 My Husband, My children and I stayed at the Super 8 in Mahwah, NJ on 8/3/2007. I forgot my digital camera in our room when I checked out. I was informed that there would only be a withdrawal if I didn't cancel the membership for the benefit package within 5 business days. I was told I would only receive a withdrawal of $1 processing fee for the Mastercard that I was informed was from Bank of America. A&A Bedrooms(aka: Ergo-Pedic Sleey Systema, aka: American General Finance Company) sold me a bed for which I paid $2300.00. The same month that my full payment of $2300.00 was made, I received a statement from GMAC stating that I owe 2600.00 for the same bed. In my research, I found that although A&A and Ergo-Pedic both went out of business, they share a post office box with American General Finance Company. I tried to join this company for downloading but you had to give your personal details before you even placed an order. After giving all the details, I then tried to order a life-time membership but every time I pressed to carry on with the order, the amount charged kept coming up at 41.76 instead of around 18. I'm a long time residential customer with Bellsouth/ATT 40 years. There's a charge on my bill for inside repairs $85.00. I did a self check on all equipment inside the home before calling for service. The technician came to my address and check the outside lines on the telegram pole. I left prior to them arriving to go to work and no one was there to greet them. Wen I returned home I found a note stating they needed to get inside to determine the problem but when I picked up the phone it was working. I have a six foot fence surrounding my property. American Progressive was to cancel my father's policy, which they say they did, and place him back on the Medicare policy that he had. This took 6 weeks and we were informed then that it would take Medicare another 45 days to process. It has been 106 days since cancellation of policy and nothing has been corrected yet. This is a copy/paste from my Better Business Bureau complaint: During 2006 and the first half of 2007, MCHost.com double charged me several times for my account/website that was hosted through their online service. After much complaining and persistence, they reversed many of the "double" charges. Someone stole my atm number some way and was charging things to my account. I discovered this on Mon. 08/13/07. I went to my bank and filed a fraud complaint and they returned all NSF and charges to my account. They had to send a check back that I had written at Walmart. Watson Motorsports CALLED ME!! to let me know that they reviewed my car loan application on-line and that I was pre-approved for a loan up to $15,000. For the past 2 weeks, I called quite frequently just to make sure that what I was hearing was correct: that 1) I was pre-approved, 2) I didn't need a co-signer, and 3) that they knew my credit situation (I lost my job after I had a baby and had some financial difficulties). The nightmare began in April when I received my statement late. I called Chase and the rep assured me that if I sent in my payment and it was received in a week there would be no late fees. I should have found this site earlier before ever trying Netzero. What a nightmare! CIC Credit Monitoring (aka Experian) It is terrible what experian did to me -- I was trying to get credit report to the three credit agencies -- just got one from Experian and I could not get information about the other two companies. In July I got two bills on my MC credit card, each for 9.95, and again this month in August. Both from CIC and MNI Credit Report. We just received a "demand for payment" for services to a property that we sold 3 years ago. We did not receive anything from them prior to the nasty letter demanding payment and a threat to turn it over to a collection agency.
