I made the mistake of buying 3 Sony cameras over the past several years. Currently all three cameras no longer function regardless of their original purchase price / model. Buyer Beware! Office Depot's Lightscribe DVD external drive sold under the Ativa label has no warranty after 14 days. I didn't notice until mine quit working after 3 months. I have recently downloaded various web-based programs. When trying to submit simple questions, I was redirected to different "help" areas. Not only has this process presented difficulties in submitting questions, I have been forced to read a glut of useless information. Anyone who has a life does not have unlimited time to read every fact about every website. I have also not received answers or acknowledgments to my questions. My complaint is against Hunter Douglas and the product, before it was improved, called Vertiglide. I was building a home in 2002 - 2003 and needed to get window treatments for the 18 windows to discourage vandalism while the interior finish was being completed.
