Auto One Warrenty
I purchased a warrenty some time back and decided to cancel in September. I was told I would receive a refund back within 30 days. It has been 3 months and no refund. I called several time to be told it will be another 3 weeks over and over. I also contacted the BBB, they responded with an exact date of 12/11. Still nothing. I saw in one of the complaints, it was suggested, we should file a class action suite. I 'm in! I feel there will be enough of us that have been scamed by this company to successed. Barbour by Peter Elliot
Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable. I certainly didn't expect a cheap repair, but nor did I expect a $70 repair with a 4-7 week quoted return time. 9 weeks later, I have no relief from the merchant, no offer to make good on the cost of the repair, no status on when I should even begin to expect the garment to be returned. Beware of "Emergency" or "Grandparents" Scam!
Beware of the “Emergency Scam.” In the typical scenario, a grandparent receives a phone call from con-artist claiming to be one of his or hers grandchildren. i was sent a letter by readers digest and a check issued by bristol west insurance company for $3, 880.60 (for royalty taxes) on a sweepstakes that they told me i won. they told me that i won $355, 069.30 . i opened a new account and deposited the check into it and after that i was told by the bank that it was a scam. i called both bristol west and readers digest for help and they are both very rude and dont want to help me get back at whoever this was that totally screwed up mine and my three babies lives. i will be homeless with three babei... read full review »
Lingo World Max Plan
LINGO INC (phone Service), Primus Lingo Phone, Lingo VOIP, Lingo Inc, Primus Telecom Pure scam. False advertising. They do not have true unlimited plan. Their fine pint (terms and condition clearly states that). Also you give you rights to Trial by Jury for any dispute resolution. Read their fine print before subscribing to their service. There are many other services like Vonage and Joiphone will give you better deal then those cheaters. I have had the usual problems with TomTom e.g pay for extra services and can't load them, wrong navigation, appalling support. My idea was to put a review on Amazon. You only need an Amazon account. You don't have to have bought the product from them. The report needs to be strictly factual. Happy Camper RV Rentals
I rented a toy hauler from Happy Camper on May 1, 2008. About 50 miles out of town on May 2, 2008, we stopped to check a tire and saw it was flat. We read the policy/procedure document given and it stated we needed to call the office and if someone was available, they would come fix the problem. I called and talked to a man and he apologized for not checking the tires and said to "Do what you have to do." TCF Bank overdraft unethical
Tcf bank is one of the worst organizations. They chargeed us over 1200 in overdraft fee's. After a 1400 dollar paycheck they still kept us in a negative of 700. They charge 35 dollars per overdraft, no matter the price. They do not keep up with billing statements, and the online billing does not work. Beware of this bank, if any bank should of been shut down this one should of been in the main category. I have so far got 5 people to shut their accounts down, and I will continue to do so as long as this bank keeps ripping there customers off. read full review »

I have already complained before. Here is what I have found out since. I have filed a complaint with my bank, my local police dept. and the Illinois Attorney General. I finally got to talk to a real person today and he told me that I should file with my bank and local police or whatever I thought that I needed to do. He told me all office were shut down except this one. They steal your money and get away with it.

Lowes Home Improvement
Lowes sold me carpet and install. They demanded that I buy an amount of carpet that they determined that I needed. I did not agree that I needed so much (with 22% waste) and asked to be shown how they intended to use the carpet requiring the higher amount.
They refused and refused to install unless I agreed to purchase the higher amount of carpet that they said I needed. So I had no choice but to agree.

This warranty company authorized repairs, we recieved the check, deposited it, then came back for non sufficent funds. We have called them numerous times without a phone call back. Space Bag
I bought some of these in preparation for a big move thinking they'd be good for helping me conserve space. HA! What a joke. These bags give instructions for how to fill them up which I did, with sweaters and tshirts, etc. SOFT things that should have been easy cake for the Spacebag . Well when I went to zip the darn thing up the seam along the top next to the zipper BROKE because these are made from such CHEAP shoddy plastic material. Shame Shame Shame on the senior management of Bloomingdale's Customer Service. You are not in touch with the operations. The reps lie, put you on hold for excessive periods of time, hang up and just leave you on hold for ever. You cannot esculate to a manager and you are left dealing with rude, untrained, uncooperative customer reps.
The delivery process is horrible!!! The whole process is terrible every step of the way. If you order from Bloomingdale vs. Macy's they are not even aware.

Yes, I only get, 605.00 a month, and they have charged me twice for $86.93. They have put one $65.93 back, and they are saying, I have received another product, and I have not received anything, so they are refusing to put my money back or let me speake to a supvesior.Please, if you can help, please do so. I was asked by the Nutralogy to participate a risk free trial for their product named Altawhite on Nov. 14, 2009. Before I received their product, I found out my VISA was charged for $120 US. I called the company (204-928-9003) to find out why?
What I was told is that the free trial is for 14 days. If I did not call them within 14 days starting from Nov. 14, 2009 to cancell the trial they will assume that I am satisfied with their product and automatically charge me for $120 US as the membership fee. For five years I have been subjected to harassment in Dutchess County NY because four people stole our legal mailing address.In 1999 the County FORCED us to change our address so they could put 911 calling in Dutchess County.( I have 6 copies of the paperwork FORCING us to change our address) Of course we followed the law and changed our address. Auroralites Dog Collars
Ordered an Auroralites dog collar in February of 2008 for a total of $51.00 USD. I never received the dog collar. Even now, the owner Dave Youngman continues to make excuses via email and still has not shipped the product I ordered. I have my original invoice from him as well as the several emails we exchanged where he attempted to explain why he hadn't yet shipped the dog collar. i joined Goodlife fitness in march 2009 and when i heard of the prices, i was relived that it was so seemingly reasonable.after less than a year of membership, I now see the reality of the gym's finacial agenda and have experienced nothing but problems when it came to payment and withdrawals. Cresta Furniture Ltd
Cresta failed to deliver our order. Cresta continually gave us misleading information when we asked for revised delivery dates. In the end we terminated the contract since Cresta could not deliver. They admitted this 5 months after we placed the order. We were also advised that our deposit would be returned to our bank account within 7 days. Currys/Toshiba Laptop
I bought a laptop from the UK high street electrical store Currys 20 months ago, and it worked fine until the charger decided to pack in. I did not buy any extended warranty, so walked back into Currys expecting a bit of a battle.
However, I'd read up on the Sale of Goods Act, and expected them to explain to me what process I had to follow to justify a replacement charger - in my opinion, I'd need to get an independent report showing that the product was manufactured with a defect that reduced its life expectancy.

TPA RISK MANAGEMENT
Having a 2003 dodge 1 ton Ram pickup the torque converter bolts came loose from the flex plate. The torque converter also locked up causing the vehicle to vibrate. TPA risk management declined to pay for the repairs due to:
1. They said they did not cover bolts. These are the 8 bolts which hold the torque converter to the flex plate or flywheel.
2. They said the truck had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the truck. This is a 1 ton cummins diesel. Last time I checked this type of vehicle was made to handle a 5th wheel trailer.

MCD Complaints
Paper formalities have been completed by West Zone of MCD and orders passed during March 2009 to demolish the unauthorised construction at GH-13/301, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087.
Field staff does not execute the orders and no positive response from senior officers. Reply to RTI says no Time limit to execute such orders. On top of it Local Police harasses every second day.
Everybody seems to be hand in glove for the obvious reasons.

I have never heard of these companies before and when I saw that they were taking out $12.99 every month for each company I called to cancel. They are still charging me. HELP I am a mother of 3 girls, 1 being 3 months old. I can't afford to be giving them $25.98 every month for something I never authorized. That is a package of diapers and wipes. I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent. They apparently have a sister company called excellentboot.com as well. I wish people would have reported them, so I would not have to be going through this aggravation right now.

A nice woman called Sue called and said sorry, she would send a melanie out, although the schedule was very tight as she was a mother. Another red flag, if this is a prof company.
