My complaint is about the untrue complaint already listed. I have been on this company's tours several times by myself and with friends. I have found this tour and it's operators to be outstanding. We have seen Manatee, Dolphins (on several occasions) and numerous other wildlife species including Roseatte Spoonbills by the flock. I 've had problems with Aspen Dental at Orange CT, and I have the photos to prove it. The first problem was that the dentist did not orientate me on not to put adhesive over the area where there was still an open cavity in my gums. They are all HQ'd in Canada only distributed out of Iowa. It is a large facility that has many products going out. The building owners are in NY City. All the teeth whitening companies are all one company and the Better Business Bureau of Desmoines, IA were no help except they gave me the web address for the Better bus. Bureau for Canada. They have charged my account even after I cancelled my business with them. They are constantly changing their phone numbers and name.
