I thought it was an actual Coach Outlet website. I assumed it was like any other outlet store which normally sells authentic merchandise with slight defects. We complained 4 times about our washing machine to customer services. The machine never cleaned the clothes properly. It did not take soil off the clothing. It maid the clothing smell like mildew. If we used bleach on a load of whites, it would leave bleach blotches on the next load of laundry. The technicians sent to fix the machine replaced two parts. Horrible Company! They ruined my $800 rug by ripping the wool and puncturing holes in it. I gave them 3 chances to fix it. When I received the rug back each time I had to clean it and they never repaired it. I'm actually not sure what they supposedly repaired on it.It looked worse each time I got it back. I wasted two Saturdays waiting for the delivery guy. Both times he was 15 minutes late. I setup parental controls on my 12 year old son's iphone. However, itunes allowed him to purchase and download explicit material. I requested a refund for all charges and explained my issue but APPLE refuses. What is the point in offering parental controls if APPLE refuses to honor them? My Company sponsored a dental program connected with Coastal Dental. Both my wife and I went to different locations and both were greeted with the exact same conditions. The free cleaning was not available because they said we needed deep cleaning and would not do the free one because they could lose their license for not doing the proper cleaning. Company approves you for high risk loan, and demands for you to send the money to a person, not a company, in Ajax Ontaria Canada, in the amount of $800. Upon this person receiving the money, the company is then supposed to deposit the promised loan amount into your account. For almost a year this company has continually been charging $26.99 on my debit card without my authorization. They say they internally blocked my card number to all their companies, would reimburse me via check, etc and nothing yet. I personally went to my bank and discovered they linked my card to an old and already discontinued card that's why we couldn't identify which debit card was being used. Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. This "Fusion" kayak is made for fresh water and ocean kayaking, The problem is that it has a design flaw that is especially dangerous if you take on any water. The water goes down two channels (that serve no purpose other than to kill you) that lead into the stern, immediately making the boat stern heavy. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site.
