Whirlpool engineer visited my home end March 2011 to check the non-working window AC and gave in writing that the rotary compressor was not functioning. The compressor is within 5 years warrantee period. The AC was taken away on 1st April and returned in my absence after 11 days with some old compressor which is groaning and making intolerable noise. Even after my family protested that the repair was ineffective and bad, they still installed it. I find attitude of the repair workshop very poor. I ordered an answering machine and when it finally arrived it was in pieces. A damaged old box was torn and there was not packaging to keep the machine from getting beat up in the box. I had to repair the unit before using it. It didn't matter in the long run because it was a (filthy) used answering machine and had a flaw so that it could not be used. I recently had repairs done by Family Auto Body in Henderson, NV. They originally told me that the engine I paid for was new, then put on my invoice that it was a re-manufactured engine. 4 months down the road, I took my vehicle in to a local mechanic shop and they told me that the oil leaks were over a year old and that there is no way it was a new engine. I went to Christa at Next level and asked her to cut long layers into my shoulder length hair. I also wanted some streaks throughout. She roughly applied the dye scratching the back of neck several times. The end resut- she butchered my hair cutting more than half of it off in many parts. We have very poor service... the TV keeps going off and on the air... when it's doing this, we can't follow anything playing... i.e., a news commentator will make a statement; the TV picture and sound is gone... a message "One moment please. We purchased a netbook from eglobalwireless.com and the unit did not power up. We had to pay $10 to ship the unit back to the company before they would send us another one. The second one worked for about 5 hours before dying. I asked the company to refund our money. Not only did we have to pay another $10 to ship the defective product back, the company charged us a 25% restocking fee. So, we paid $119, plus an additional $20 for added shipping costs, and they only refunded us $70. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you want to keep your money. I was so excited to see a website for MY size, and I am so sad to say I am truly disappointed in the product. This company had me pay $14.99 additional to receive a copy of the tax return I completed via email. After paying it and checking out, I received a message that they would have to email me a copy of it anyway since it was taxes for a former year. I requested a refund of the $14.99 since that had not been disclosed to me before paying, and they refused stating that their fees are nonrefundable. I had a bad experience with these people. I placed a order and I was billed 5 times on my credit card. When I emailed them about it they claimed the order never went through their system.
