From what I have (read) so far, this is not a recall item, and sears has (not) come up with a soultion other than replacing with the same OEM circut board. PDQ has warning posted to lower antenna & turn off radio. I turned car off which turns off radio and lowers antenna. I also accidently took my keys inside with me to pay the bill. A young man came in and asked for the keys & went out & turned on car which raised antenna and turned on radio. He drove it in. The antenna broke. After 20 years of servicing my car there, and 1 other antenna incident which they paid for, the manager said the kid probably did not know how to turn it off and the responsibility is mine and refused to pay. read full review »

I was WAY overcharged for a fall clean-up/ leaf removal! My yard is maybe an acre - but at least 1/3 is just brush. I was charged $625 for just cleaning up the leaves - another $85 for dumping the leaves (even though I indicated they could dump right in the wooded/brush area on my property) AND a cut @ $45. I was just horrified when I discovered that a company shares its profits with the people who are loyal and shop every month! I prefer my precious Big-Box stores where I can buy a 3-6month supply and save just pennies. Of course, then I don’t have to remember to shop since I just bought 2ltrs of shampoo or 5lbs of raisins. My drivers side window and passenger side window does not roll down. You can hear the motors going when you press on the button but nothing works. Others seem to have the same issue with both the ford expedition and ford f-150. The issue is said to be failed power window regulators. There is no recall yet but please if you are having this issue call 1-800-392-3673 to file and document a complaint. The more people that do this, the better chances of us getting a recall and receiving reimbursement for fixing this issue. When I purchased the treadmill there was a key present along with the cord for the mp3 player connect on the treadmill. The owners did not put us in the room we booked. Instead they placed us in a dirty, dilapidated and bug infested room in which half the appliances were faulty. It also lacked essentials like toilet paper and clean towels. We were also without electricity or hot water for the majority of our stay. Never mind compensation, the owners didn't even care enough to apologize or even speak to us regarding our complaints. I recently took my computer to his shop because I had been having problems...I didn't know if it was hardware or software due to the nature of the problems. When I called him when he said he would call (2 days later) and he said that he was "swamped with costumers"... Buyers Beware!!! We bought a $400 Blanco double basin undermount sink from Homeperfect.com. Within a month of it being installed under our granite counters it began to rust! We contacted customer service, sent photos of the rusted sink and asked if this product was a knock off or just defective and what we can do. this company did an in home service repair for walmart extended service company, my power supply board had a dime/nickel size spot burnt crisp on the circuit board, the tech soldered a PAPER CLIP to the board as a jumper wire and i was told this was a temporary repair by the tech and that they would find out if the board was avaliable and then submit the findings to walmart and either replace the board if avaliable or walmart would do a buy out on the tv if not, NOW, they want to call this a peremant repair, IT A JERRY RIGG JOB and this is not an exceptable resolution. read full review »
