They are selling an inferior excuse for health insurance, claiming that "up to 70% of your co-insurance will be covered". That's probably true in 1 case out of a thousand. In the other cases, you're lucky to get 20% of co-insurance. They sell you that there are really no out of pocket expenses on a hospital stay but what does that really mean to us? Well, on a hospital stay that normally costs $30, 000, we would be liable for $15, 000 or so according to what I've seen. That certainly is not "no out of pocket". BEWARE! I went to this dealership because I was told they would be able to meet all of my needs. I live over 65 miles away from this dealership and we had worked a deal on my first visit to the dealership for either a 2 door colbat or an HHR. I purchased my Venture van for one reason, and that was to make things easier on my ill mother. Within one month of purchase I had to take the van in for repairs twice. They never have fixed all of the things wrong with it. A fan has been replaced, but the noise that caused the complaint is still there. Brakes had to be replaced on one the back right passenger side. The workers were not supervised by the "foreman" at the company and come to find out that the company/subcontractor hires out to unregistered sex offender to do work in homes where there are children. Purchased a 2003 Lexus RX 300 from Pellini. Approx. 4-5 weeks after purchase car ran out of gas due to a damage sending unit in gas tank that still registered 1/4 tank. This is clearly damage that occured prior to purchase as nothing has been run over or thrown up into tank since purchase. I had purchased a Hitachi Window A/c in year 2009. It was making noise from the starting itself and as per the dealer, the Noise is normal. Now within a year the Compressor is gone faulty. Greetings, After parking my new Daihatsu Serion, the caught caught fire under the hood area. I purchased an item at a Hollister, which has tax on clothing. I went to return the item at the Hollister in a city that does not have tax on clothing. The cashier processed my return without returning the tax I paid on the item. When I asked them about it they flat out refused to give my the tax I paid back. The manager even laughed at me. Understandably, the tax I paid for the item is not a significant amount of money, however, it is the principle of it. I will NEVER purchase another item from this company again.
