chinavasion sells cheep crap and the unlocked phone is garbage. In order for European tel providers to hook up they must know the brand name of the telephone. There is no brand name for the telephone and was unable to activate phone. Their tech support is second rate as he could not identify which phone was similar. they suggested that I sell the phone to someone else. If you are buying a cell phone, I'll sell mine for pennies. The servers do experience uptime more often than not (which is not saying much), but when they went down recently (mid-June 2010), they stayed down for a good week. And though the servers are back up, there are still issues with their configuration (as of late June). And you can forget about trying to contact someone at the company via phone or support ticket about any issues you may have, servers or otherwise. I noticed a deduction from my checking account. Two transactions 2.97 and 57.61. I called the phone number listed next to the transaction and was offered a partial refund of 40.00 immediately. I refused this option asd I feel tyhat I am due a FULL refund of 60.58 since i did not authorize this transaction. I will be getting the Credit Bureau involved on Monday 7/12/2010 I am sick and tired of SCAMS. I owned my Archos 5 IMT for under a month, when the screen cracked in the corner during the application of a screen protector. I was using a light amount of pressure, just enough to smooth the screen protector. I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise. I asked them to send me the terms I supposed "terms" that I signed off on and I got a long song and dance. The two reps that I spoke with were rude, argumentative, and evasive. I too am having problems and am quite disappointed. Especially, since my purchase was primarily based on Husky's brand reputation. Only 4 uses and 2 seasons later, the gun started to leak. I took it apart, only to find that the molded plastic pipe inside the gun had developed a leak along the molding seam-line. I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. RTACabinetStore.com has their white bathroom vanities listed as "solid wood frame". My vanity arrived broken exposing it as particle board, which is not what I had ordered. I requested a refund which I was told by customer service rep, Jonelle, I would be recieving. However, Gary Nealon, the manager has denied my refund request and is requesting my pay to ship back the item at my cost. I should not have to pay to ship back something I did not order. Recently I placed 2 orders on toysrus.com. One on july 5th and one on july 7th. both orders were submitted before the daily deadline for processing. According to their website the processing time for each order was 1-2 business days. A CSR told me that each order should be packed the day it's ordered and shipped the following day. The first order (placed on July 5th) was not shipped until the end of the day on the 8th. The second order(placed on July 7th) as of now has not shipped.
