LoanSouth and their brokers are liars. They go against their word and promise you one thing to only lie and deny that they agreed to do anything. Avoid them at all costs!! They do not hold up their end of the deal even after asking them on repeated occasion and telling them that they were in the wrong. Find another mortgage company and DO NOT USE. We brought our computers to KC Computer solutions of Warwick because they had both crashed. We dropped them off in February 2010 and received them back in the middle of April. Postman plus was paid to fedex official court documents that were time stamped and sensitive. They did not give a fedex receipt or tracking numbers and then charged almost 80 dollars for a service they did not deliver on. When dissatisfaction was brought to their attention, they blamed fedex and told us to read the postman plus receipt which states "not responsible for deliveries not completed". What kind of "postman" does not give a guarantee on the services you pay them to do? We had some pretty serious damage to our roof last and this this year due to hail and wind damage so we hired Denver Legacy home improvements to do the job. This was the worst contracting job I have ever had done on my home. Panther Windows and Siding was supposed to install two storm doors for $1200. Unfortunately the doors that they installed was worth a little over $100 each. After speaking to them not only was I insulted, but they tossed out my original door and still kept $200 after the doors that they installed were removed. So I am left without doors as well as $200. $200 may not seem like a lot, but it is way too much money to give away after having such poor service. For the first time I used 1800HOTELS. Hilton in Wilmington NC had a bad phone number for contact and a bad credit card from them to pay for my stay. I phoned numerous times, being told that it was the hotels fault. The company would not let the hotel put through charge for my stay until the day I checked out. I tried to order a coffee maker from this company and it was not in stock and it took them to two months to tell me it was going to be delayed. Do not use Unity Van Lines! We just used them to move from California to Asia and it was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. I had to cancel a trip that I booked through Globus and also purchased a Travel Protection Plan from Trip Mate through Globus' prodding. I cancelled the trip for medical reasons. When I submitted a claim for refund my claim was denied even though I met all the requirements that they asked on the claim forms they sent me. Trip Mate informed me that Globus will send me a travel voucher instead of cash for rejecting my claim for a cash refund. I own a small retail store and mistakenly changed my merchant account to X-Charge because is was offered as part of my point of sale software. This was a huge mistake! In over 10 years with my bank, I never had any problems processing credit cards. Now with X-Charge my customers routinely complain that they have been double or triple charged for the same merchandise! I have 4 dogs that I have taken to Petsmart since 2008! The cutting is not very good, but I like the store manager and it is close by! Ever since they started going I have left strict instructions not to cut thier tails cut at all. It is the puppy hair that has been with them since day one! They will promise you the world before you sign up with them, but most likely they will under-deliver (literally and figuratively). If you really must go with them, you have to make sure you get their approximate delivery dates in writing. I didn't, and because I wasn't available to take possession of my belongings on a day well beyond the day and time they'd promised to deliver them, they made me pay an unnecessary storage charge. I purchased an IR repeater system through Amazon.com. The product (made by Empire Digital) was shipped by CEcompass. After I hooked it up it worked sporadically and after 3 days stopped working altogether. After I gave up trying to get it to work I attempted to get a refund. The refund was through CEcompass. There website would not take my request for several days and when it did it said I had passed the 30 refund policy. Amazon deferred to CEcompass for refunds. I purchashed my vizio TV in 2008 along with the extended warranty. In Jan of 2010 I started having problems with the TV and sent it in for repair. When I recieved it back it was still having preoblems so I sent it back in for repair in June of 2010. The extended warranty center called to tell me that they could not fix the TV and were to replace it with a new one. I recived my new TV about a week ago and it does not work!
