Wow...where to begin. I spent a good 2 months organzing my house and packing my belongings. Purchased a Troy-Bilt Lawn Edger Model TBE575 and have used it less than 25 hours. After having to replace two belts, it stopped working altogether and I was informed by the repair shop that it was not worth fixing. Getting Troy-Bilt customer service to respond, by e-mail, phone or letter is fruitless. Troy-Bilt used to make reliable products when they were factory order only. What complete ignorance. ROYAL LANDSCAPING is undertaking a large project with a client on Poplar Plains Road. They block the only car lane every morning with at least 3 trucks, they dump gravel and other construction materials all over the street, worsening still the blockage. Thurs., May 6, 2010, Sears Repair Service was supposed to come between 8 am & 12. No one came. Approx. 10 am I called, got a recording they would come between 1pm & 5pm. They did not come or call.
