Got complete system from them, Furnace, Central Air Conditioner & Tankless Water-heater. My price from them was better than what I expected. The Owner of the Company was present at our home durning the installation and stayed at the end to explain how to work our new equipment. He took a great deal of time to make sure we were happy. His employees worked on our house installing the new equipment as if it was there own home. A friend of ours had a similar system install by Direct Energy and have had problems for the past 6 months mostly because of poor installation, so glad we had called B.A.P Heating. I actually like the product and would purchase on my own. But my gripe stems from the fact that I place what I thought was a one time order, only to find another $60.00 charge on my card the next month! I called the company saying I did not want the 2nd shipment, they told me they'd cancel my account once they received the item back... BUT THEY DIDN'T! My son went to the school nurse and complained of a stomach ache. The nurse called my wife and she told the nurse she would pick him up. The company charges money for a service (movie downloads) it does not directly provide. The software used is "Vuze" which may be downloaded for free. They claim "unlimited access" to movie downloads "24/7", but this service is not in fact provided by them directly (again, provided by Vuze). They have a customer assistance system to answer questions, but my complaints in this regard have never been answered directly. I placed an order with www. wheelfire.com ending of March. When I received my order for 20" Lexani Lss-5 wheels and falken tires, they shipped me the wrong wheels! When I went to have a routine teeth cleaning, the front desk clerk came with a proposal of services after being checked by the Dentist. Although I have a dental PPO which covers cleaning and other exam services, they wanted me to upgrade the cleaning and charge an additional $80. I called the insurance company who stated that they should give me the cleaning covered by my plan, but the dental office refused and stated I could not have a cleaning unless I take the upgraded version. I purchased a Dell XPS 1730 laptop two years ago for work. It arrived, I unpacked it and turned it on, loaded my software and began working. My husband had been doing business with Denville Trans for years. He brought his truck to them and provided a clutch kit for them to install. They had installed the prior clutch. Well, the technician did not look at the parts clearly prior to installation. Shouldn't that be done? The truck ran for a few days and then stopped. For some people it would appear to be strange but its true. Visa, the company has cheated me like anything. It happened like I purchased some stuff from my credit card under my credit limit. Generally, the credit card companies provide us a certain time period to pay the amount.
