Just google "diamond motor sports scam". Myself and many others have already posted complaints about losers like jon paul and craig diamond that will rip you off for thousands of dollars. Their cars are lemons or manufacture buys backs. In addition to that the car I bought was in an accident that was not on car fax and they didn't disclose it to me. Told the mechanic/rep at desk that it was a ruptured hose and where as I had looked under the Tracker/vehicle and saw the problem. I found the salesperson Jim McMuchy to be nice at first until I didn't agree on my trade in price. He low balled it so bad I thought I was going to fall off my chair. When I complained and asked for a more fair price he got very upset and turned red and began speaking down to me in a more intimidating voice. He finally brought up the trade price. He then turned me over to financing where I was given a very high interest rate and since it was so late now if I wanted the car I should take the deal now. 0 Stars!!! I had $1500 worth of maintenance done on my Integra. 3000 miles later, my car started overheating ridiculously, and then would not start. I ordered a part through a rep within Toyota and they were very helpful, even when it came in I was called that it was there - however, when I went to pick it up the Parts guy ORLANDO, was disgustingly rude. I am a customer and was very nice and saying heres my info, heres what I ordered and when and he treated me like i just ruined his day. On January 17, 2011, I purchased four new tires for my car from Mavis Discount Tires AKA Cole Muffler. They neglected to replace the lug nuts on my front, driver side tire, in which, driving away (2 blocks from their store) my tire flew off into traffic causing my car to slam down onto my rotor, damaging the rotor, studs, front fender and flare, not to mention emotional damage to me. Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. At one point I had to ask the rude agent (Chris # 1888) if he was serious when he said his "system" would not allow me to hold for a supervisor. I took my car to Wayne's automotive in Ontario to fix a problem with my car. He held onto the car for two weeks and never fixed the problem. On March 1, 2010, I purchased via phone a vehicle from Texas Direct Auto and put a $500 deposit on my credit card. That day, I received the paperwork via e-mail. I immediately completed the paperword and sent overnight priority delivery and wired the remaining $25, 230.14 which included a $600 fee to deliver the vehicle. My driver side glass fell and broke for no reason in 2006. My car was parked in the mall, and when I opened my driver's door the glass fell. Now I realized why the glass fell, it was a defective bolt. It was on Toyota's recall list. I sumitted my claim to Toyoto on 10/08/2010. I contacted a Honda service center and they told me they can't help me because the car is not on the warranty any more. I am not a big fan of Ulohos car Audio inc. because a lot of time they hire apprentices and very inexperienced people, but in this case I can honestly say they did the right thing. You need to take care of the basics like tires and rims before any other part of your car is even looked at. This car should not even be on the road, and if you would have been stopped by the cops they would have fined you heavily and pulled the plates off it. Had a water pump put in my vehicle at the Old Bridge location. They misdiagnosed the problem (it was not the water pump). One year and less than 10, 000 miles later, I had an antifreeze leak and broke down. I had the nearest repair shop fix it. It turned out to be, the water pump and a new one was put in. According to Strauss’s receipt, the pump had a lifetime warranty and Strauss would replace or refund the part at their discretion. They wanted to give me a new pump and not a refund or store credit. I called transmission king in Loganville, ga. and told them my van transmission was slipping in 3rd gear and I was told by the owner Chuck to bring the van there and they would check it out for free and call me with the problem and price to fix it. Mobile Transport Inc is the worth auto transporting company there is! They damaged both of my 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan and my 2001 Hyundai Sonata transporting them from North Carolina to Oregon resulting in over $1400 in damage. It took 51 days of me calling and writing before they finally told me that they weren’t going to pay for any of the damages they caused. So unethical!
