American Car Center
Angela February 28, 2009
Ever since I've been dealing with American Car Center, there has been nothing but lies, chaos, confusion, and terrible customer service. I went there because they had an advertisement claiming that you could pay $500 down upfront on a vehicle and bring the remaining balance of the down payment back once you received your tax refund. So, I went to inquire about a particular vehicle and was told by a female salesperson that I would have to put dwn $700 to begin with and could bring the remainder back when I received my tax refund. The... read full review »

Roadangel
Ash February 27, 2009
Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this complaint as I am highly concerned about the unethical practices of the business 'roadangel.co.za' which is acting against the law by selling products to people to detect speed traps in advance so that the driver can avoid getting caught for exceeding speed limits. Speed traps have a specific purpose of slowing down motorists who drive too fast and therefore play an important role in preventing or reducing accident related deaths. Too many people are losing their lives in South Africa as a... read full review »

Acura of Peoria Arizona
Carmen February 27, 2009
I traded my MDX for a used '08, "factory certified", MDX with a clean car fax report from Noah Woods at Acura of Peoria. He arranged the shipping for my car and his. The transport company came for my car right away and Noah promised that my new car would be delivered within the week. It took three weeks for the car to be delivered during which time I called Noah repeatedly to find out what was going on. He dodged my calls for a few weeks and when he finally responded he said that the transport truck had broken down and was waiting... read full review »

Mercedes Benz of Calabasas
Eric February 27, 2009
I am a four time Mercedes Benz owner and have recently had the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a Service Department. The handling of my service needs, poor communication and follow-up has convinced me that I do not want to be a repeat service or sales customer of the dealership unless I was assured it would do the dealership some form of harm. As a customer expecting a higher level of service, and education, from its service providers, I was willing to pay the inflated service rates (ie: $150. for a smog cert... read full review »

SKODA INDIA
M. R. Potalia February 27, 2009
I have been a faithful customer of SKODA since the past five years. In the last five years I have purchased and used four SKODA cars and recently was in the process of buying the Top of the Shelf model Laura. Incidentally this would have been the third Laura car and the 4th SKODA car in this short period. However recent experience with your dealer here at Jodhpur has left me with no choice but to forget SKODA for ever. I am taking a very serious view at my end regarding the entire situation created by SKODA INDIA through your dealer... read full review »

The salesman asked us if we needed any help and we told him we were just looking. He continued to walk with us around the lot looking at the used and the new vehicles. We looked @ a 2008 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer EL. The sticker price was outrageously high @ 49, 000. Eagle Warranty
Andrew February 25, 2009
Understand that Eagle will only be covering a part of the repair - the contract is very misleading - read the fine print at the bottom. Also, they pro-rate the amount they will pay according to parts that will last for the lifetime of your contract with them (they are not looking out for you or your car in the least). When used parts weren't available for my repair, they only offered a little more for a new part. I was still stuck covering 35% of the bill. Their customer service is the worst. Be prepared to wait on the phone for 30... read full review »

This man (Micheal Walker) sold me his girlfriends car. I asked him to make sure the car was in good working condition and that no major repairs were needed before I just shelled out $2000.00. He said he drove the car and tested it and that other than a minor tune-up (and some clicking that cost around $200 to fix) and needing new fenders, it was a pretty good deal. So I trusted him and bought the vehicle. He insisted on $2000 CASH. Again, I trusted him because he was a friend of a friend and a mechanic. Over a period of months the car kept... read full review »

It is now 1/12/09 and the car is still sitting in NJ. When I do get someone on the line the excuse for not picking up is that they can't contact the driver or that all of the drivers have quit carrying cars due to the economy and non payment for deliveries with auto companies.
