After making 48 lease payments on my 2005 Mazda 3, I wanted to purchase the car. Mazda Credit said that they could not accept the Purchase Option Price of $8, 344 but if I wanted to purchase I should go to the Mazda dealership that leased me the car. However, since I no longer lived in Indianapolis, I was told that I should go to the closest Mazda dealer in Las Vegas. I went to Courtesy Imports of Henderson, Nevada on March 28. Rather than charge the "Purchase Option at the End of Lease Term" price - they did some financal hokus-poku... read full review »

I bought a Buick Park Ave new with Onstar new in 2003 and last year, I can no longer use it. and I have gotten no help in getting a replacement for it. That was the big selling point of why I purchased it for safety reasons. Question, WHY I can't have a replacement installed on my car. It only has 42, 000 mikes on it and I am not going to trade it .. What would you do should this happen to you????? Seminole Towing & Recovery
Aimee June 14, 2009
I recently went to visit a client on Maderia Beach FL. I parked at the apartment complex which no spots were clearly marked as being designated parking. I went inside and two hours later when I came out my car was gone. I noticed drag marks and knew that my car was removed by a tow truck. I called the company on the tow away sign and they stated they had my car. I asked who called in my car and they would not tell me. My client paid to get my car out of impound. When I went to pick up my car the Tow Truck Operator was really nasty with me... read full review »

My husband took our truck in to be repaired because the brakes failed and it caused a minor accident. First they replaced the master cylinder then realized that was not the problem, so then they replaced the rear proportion valve. Now about 2 months later the breaks went out AGAIN! They say its the brand new master cylinder that went out this time. So they are trying to make us pay $75 just for them looking at it and and telling us that a 2 month old part is no good. read full review »

I own a 1999 Sebring convertible that had FOR SALE signs in the windows . The top had a broken hinge on both sides. I parked my car at the sales area of the dealership. A saleswoman greeted me. I mentioned my top and 2 hinges were broken and I wanted to know the cost of having the hinges repaired. The saleswoman told me to just leave the car here and go to the service area and they can look it up for you. I explained this to a lady when I entered the service department. I was told that the service people were out to lunch and would return at... read full review »

There USED to be a company called The Repo Center Inc located in Miami - they closed in the summer of 2008. Some 'scammers' now have a website called therepocenter.net - using this old company's name, Better Business Bureau rating and corporate entries at Sunbiz.com. Basically these scammers 'sell' you motorcycles or jetski's they really don't have. They sound very legit - and will ask you to Western Union three $900 payments to them as a deposit and which point they'll email you a bill of sale and... read full review »

I wanted to purchase a set of steel wheels for a 97 CR-v. The webpage made it appear that the wheels are new. In fact it says, 'In most cases our OEM replacement or aftermarket Honda CRV 15' x 6' Steel Wheel is cheaper than a used one and doesn't require any repair time.' No where I could find did it say the wheels were 'refurbished.' I called to check the day after I ordered them and they first said they couldn't find my order, but that the wheels were actually refurbished. Next they said that the order... read full review »

H&R Harley Parts
Albert June 13, 2009
Purchased a Harley Davidson from this company in August 2008. It took till April 2008 to get the title, bill of sale and keys!!! Owners promise the world but deliver nothing. In the sale was a bike cover and battery tender. At the time of writing these also have not been supplied. Again, promises galore but no follow through. We are still chasing these - hopefully not another 8 months. If dealing with this company make sure that you have the goods and are happy with them BEFORE you pay out any hard earned money. Once this lot have been paid they could care less for the customer. read full review »

We live about 30 miles away from this dealership and saw an internet ad for a SUV we were interested in. My husband called the dealership and spoke with a man who said that not only did they have that vehicle in stock he would personally check to see if it was there. He came back on the phone and said that it was being detailed and was still available. When we arrived at the dealership another man -the 'head' of internet sales-told us that he had no idea who we spoke to and that the vehicle was not there. My car was involved in an accident, the insurance company claims it is totaled and at a value of half of what it actually is(truck with my correct milage is listed on kbb and nada and other sites as being 8500, loan value is 7800, and retail value is 7200; universal casualty company quoted me a price of 4000 and that is not including the 15% they get to keep" . BN Scooters/Roketa Bali 250
Jamie June 12, 2009
I bought a scooter from this company. It was a lemon from day one. Antifreeze leaked out from a faulty filler neck. The scooter overheated from a block in the thermostat. Rear wheel almost came off and damaged the bearings and wore the brake shoes out. The disc is also bent as a result from this. The whole front of the scooter wobbles around. (plastic part). The front wheel bearings squealed from day one. When I took the wheel off, the bearings had no grease on them. I wasted 2000 dollars for this piece of junk. I would just like to have a least half of what I payed for this piece of junk. It is sitting in my fathers garage now broken. read full review »

When I had received my first bill from BMW, I called the dealership to ask why my rate was higher than what was originally in the contract, and I was told that the sales tax had increased, thus raising the monthly lease amount. American Honda Financial Services
Carolina June 11, 2009
I had five payments left on my car when I lost my job. My so-called Honda account rep Kemeesha kept telling me to clean out the car because it was going to get towed. She even told me that she was going to come get it herself! The funny thing was that when I called Honda (and avoided her), her coworkers told me that the car was not going to get towed. I was still making payments (albeit late and not enough), and it wasn't worth it for them to tow the car. With that information, every time Kemeesha called me, I laughed and told her to come get the car. The car is now paid off and mine. Kemeesha, go f--- yourself! read full review »

This company have succeeded in losing us 6 years NCB! This has come about because when we transferred our insurance to them originally, we provided proof of 9 years PROTECTED NCB and requested that they provide insurance on a Protected NCB basis. They did not do this, but we have only just found this out due to an accident. Their failure to do this has lost us 6 years, YES 6 YEARS, NCB which we are unable to get reinstated because Insurance company were never given the correct information originally..not our fault...due entirely to the incompetence and negligence of the staff of DNA.
