I ordered a rail back pad from Catalina Yachts Store .com. They asked me what name I wanted embroidered on the pad. I wrote SeaQuinns. Catalina Yachts Store changed what I had written on the order to Sea2uinns. When I complained they said they were going to do something about it. After six months of emails and asking for a refund. Catalina Yachts Store said I was out of luck no refund. Then they change their web site to read no refunds on custom made orders. I rented an RV from American Dream Vacations for the Memorial Weekend and left a $500.00 deposit against damages. These company says that the rent motorhomes. You can choose a vehicle and make a reservation. They answer your questions. After you have paid the deposit, they don't give any sign of live anymore. They don't give the adress where you can pick up the vehicle. So the result is, you have lost an amount of money, and don't get any vehicle. Purchased a jeep, 2 weeks later vehicle was stalled 2 blocks away and they told us where to take it and it could be fixed at their cost. It was the throttle piston sensor, which they knew the CHECK ENGINE light was on but they said it was a fuse. then the power steering pump had to be replaced. We hired a Europcar for one day at 10 am 0n 28 April 09 from Granada Railway Station, Spain. We returned it as per our booking and rental agreement on the same day at 5.30 pm to the designated Europcar bay at Seville Railway Station. We were not involved in any incident or accident during the day. When we returned the car it was in perfect condition with a full tank of petrol. However, our credit card was charged 410.46 euros on 30 April. We have received no correspondance from Eurocar. I brought a 2005 Burick Rendevoux 10/9/07. I took the truck back for a oil change 11/27/07. I was on my way home and th truck lost power at the end of the tunnel. El Monte RV provide rentals and sales. They have a disgraceful General Manager who EXPECTS/DEMANDS quantity instead of quality from their already hard working employees. I work for United Airlines and I rented an SUV from the OKC airport for a vacation trip to Destin Florida. I had my mom and my two small kids with me.
