I ordered some parts from this company (Parts Geek) a few days ago and ordered overnight shipping and have yet to recieve the parts. I rented a car, long term, month to month for 4 months. Each month, I brought car back for full inspection. There was never a problem, minor damages were never noted, even after I expressed concern about small dents and even a deep large scratch on bumper. None of this was ever noted at time of initial pick-up, never noted at each monthly renewal. We were told "unless the bumper is cracked or comes off, we dont charge for minor scratches". I never go for the car wash from a gas station, but my truck was looking really bad, so I made the $7 selection for the deluxe and finished filling up. I went over to the car wash, input my number and proceeded with the soft touch option. I barely saw any suds at all, and upon exiting and inspecting my truck, so no difference from when I entered! My husband and I bought a car from AAF/Jorja Trading Inc. which is the same company, February 23, 2008. Unfortunately, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and their were numerous problems with the SUV I purchased at which time I did not know the odometer was broken. They still have not supplied the keys or other items advertised along with the sale. It is now June 2009 and am still chasing them for the other parts. I have asked Drive Financial not to call my work place, because I was getting in trouble for their calls. They have not only continued to call my work place, but have disclosed information to the attorney that I work for. They also lied and said that I had put my work number as my home number. I purchased a 2004 Grand Prix from Bommarito in April 2006. I originally purchased the car with an extended warranty, and after having the car for only 72 hours I decided that the price of the warranty did not justify what I was getting, so I called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman in the finance department and told him I wanted to cancel it. I was involved in an accident in November 2008. Auto that hit me was insured by United Auto Insurance. Driver went to jail DWI. My car was totalled. Several months after the wreck they decided the vehicle was stolen and refused to pay. No record of stolen vehicle when the accident happened and police responded to accident. Had rental reservation told they would pick me up. They did not then told me they did not have a car. Overall attitude there is Rude! Asked a few normal questions in no manner was I mad even though I did not have a car. The person on the other end got mad and told me not to bother to visit as he would not rent to me. I recommend not renting from them as it appears they say one thing, and then when it is time to pick up the car change what they say. Today I went to Honda Tewksbury to shop around for the right car. I was astounded by the rudeness and insincerity of one of the sales representatives there. I own a 2004 Saturn Vue and I love it, however try to get it worked on!! I live in Cortez, Colorado and there is nobody here that can work on a Saturn of any kind. I have to travel 4 hours to have work done because even though it is a GM product, Chevrolet does not know anything about the Saturn and has no manuals on it. Admittedly, I have an old car – a 1995 Buick Riviera with a supercharged engine, which still looks practically new and is by no means a “junker”. The car I bought had a tire welded to the axle, failed inspection, and after about a week stopped running altogether. Another Saturn Vue 2003 transmission bites the dust, and yet another person that will NEVER EVER by another Saturn again... Hell I tempted to not recognize Saturn as a planet. Ford 2005 F250 4x4 super duty, violent shaking. On Sat May 30th at approx 11:00 am pacific standard time, I was traveling on the I 280 south freeway with my daughter to a soccer tournament in my 2005 F250 4x4 super duty truck. I never received the snowblower, as they claimed the shippment was delayed, then they were different from the one pictured so they had to email everyone a picture to see if they still wanted it.
