On Aug.30th 2010 an Intoxalock device was installed in my vehicle. Today is Dec.12th. Since the first day of installtion I have had 5 of the devices installed in my vehicle. I pay a leasing fee of $65 dollars each month and each time they send me a new device they expect me to pay aprox. $92.00 for the new device and not to mention a $15.00 sevice dollar fee to have it installed. This company is sucking you out if you go and work for them and at the end they pay you less then 50% lower then what you deserve to in the job market. I called Ridge Transmissions (RT) and asked if the service advertised was to flush the fluid in my car, manager said yes. Was shown how black my fluid was, the grit in the pan, and metal shavings. i recently purchased a revo 3.3 rc car from traxxas from the usa for $1000, now on the box its says it is a seven time national champion, the worlds most advanced nitro monster truck, so it is built for racing on dirt i gatherd. Outsurnace does not get back to you if they have two clients claiming against each other. Even escalating to the manager of Claims and heir internal legal department get you no where. They will represent the counterparty against each other and renaig on paying the claims. Trying to phone them back is worthless as you can not speak to the manager (even after he promised to phone back) but never does. Purchased a disability policy from this company. I had an elbow injury about 3 months after I purchased the policy. I had the surgery and put in the claim. It took this company 6 weeks to get back with me to tell me they have denied my claim. The car was making a strange noise and I had replaced the water pump and checked to see if I could figure out what was making the noise, but could not.
