I rented a car from U-Save in Bayonne and when I brought the car back accidentally left my brand new laptop in the trunk. A friend of mine drove me back there within a half hour of returning the car and the manager, Milton, was extremely nasty and refused to open the trunk of the car so I could get my laptop and threatened to call the police and tell them I was harassing him. I believe I paid for a front brake replacement that I didn't need and didn't get. Therefore, thinking I had received a front break replacement, I was driving on brakes that were 95 percent worn and needed new rotors. Mozarts Garage OMG $20.00 per spark plug and 5 hours to diagnose a radiator leak. Santa Fe New Mexico. Hello fellow victims. I took my 600SEL Mercedes to this person and told him I was told it was overheating and told him to diagnose it and tell me what it needed. Landmark went bankrupt the day after I bought a car from them. Today a person with the dealership called me and they want to give me my down payment back and then I'll give them the vehicle - at which time everyone will be even. It turns out the dealership did not put my loan through. The bank contract was never executed/funded. I made a down payment, they gave me temp plates and I left. The financing was to follow. I purchase a RV warranty from Heritage on 5/25/2004 with it came a refund guarantee. If no claims were made on the warranty for the duration of the contract (4 years) that I would get a full refund of the contract price $4885.00. My claim for refund was processed on 5/26/2008 yet I have received no payment. All attempts to find out the hold up have given me no answers. My 16 year old daughter was killed in a single vehicle fatality. The 16 year old driver was 100% at fault with many violations. I have gotten the run around from this company for the last two months about processing my gap insurance. They sent me a list of documents that I needed to send, and when I send them tehy first claimed not to have recieved them, and when I sent them again they told me that they needed additional forms. I bought an import car from them and it was by far the most disappointing car buying experience I have had. They offered a 30 day 1000 mile warranty on the power train/transmission and stated that the car had a complete inspection. They sold the car as if it were in mint condition with no worries to have. I purchased a 2008 Honda Silverwing in the later part of June 2008. This bike came with a blemish while rubbing against the crate during transport to the dealer. I don't believe I have ever been to this station before and that will be the last time. I went to get gas and I was going to fill up. Assuming all stations are pre-pay, I go in and pre-pay $50. Prior to ordering an engine I called the sales dept. to get an est. on how long it would take to get the engine. I was told by the salesman, "if I ordered it on a Monday, it would be shipped to me by Friday. The engine was ordered on 8/18/2008, today is 10/08/2008 and no engine has been shipped. I call almost daily and get no help. I did finally get to cancel the order. Now when I call about my money being refunded I am told there is no person I can talk to about when I'll get it back.
