Pls note following is the detail of my Vehicle purchased from Pasco-Peeragarhi, New Delhi. I received the RC for the above mentioned vehicle on 15th of june and it was returned back as the HP / lease bank was written wrongly as ICICI instead of Unit Trust Bank. On 01.08.2007, I had booked a cylinder with Bhavani gas agency -in Vemulawada,dist,Karimnagar,(A.P) My consumer number is G B 200 Gas booking No. - Not given . Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called up the agency to enquirer about it, the staff didn’t provide any proper information about it, they were not even ready to talk for more than few seconds. The representatives were quite helpful when I brought a friend of mine to shop for a new phone and service with this wireless carrier. As I have had wonderful service for many years, I gave her the highest referral to become a customer. I however, was not prepared for having my car booted and having to pay for a $50.00 fine for visiting the store. We used North American Van Lines to move our belongings from North Carolina to Missouri. While the crew was packing our items they stole money and alcohol from our home. When they unpacked our items, our furniture was broken. They also broke our printer/plotter for self-employment use and deny it. There was an avalanche of 4 cubic feet by 4 cubic feet that fell on the truck driver and floor of the moving van. In February of 2007 I brought my car to Ted’s Auto Service and Body Shop (hereafter referred to as “Ted’s Auto Body”) for both mechanical and body repairs following an accident. My insurance company (Nationwide Auto Insurance) collaborated with Ted’s Auto Body and estimated that the vehicle would be in non drivable condition for 17 days including weekends. Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Tires

Dunlop has discontinued the Sport 5000! My first set lasted 46,000 miles, the second set lasted just over 25,000. Dunlop will not make an adjustment, as they say the tire is rated for only 25,000 miles. In 3 months and just 2500 miles the apparent "soft" tires lost 3/32 tread, making the tires "illegal" to drive. I am planning to buy New Hyundai Getz1.1 GVS at Indore but the dealer is quoting Rs11,5oo/- approx. more than the price quoted by the company on net ex showroom at indore. Because it sounded too good to be true I called and talked to a sales person. I explained my situation to the sales person over the phone and I asked specifics. Last December I have purchased Indigo LS from Kottayam Kerala. I got a complaint with the remote locking system and took the car to the dealer M/s. St. Antony's Motors India Ltd. Kottayam. The man in charge has issued a Job Card No. 9316 dated 19.9.2007. One hour later he told me that the Remote Lock System (MINDA) service person is not available now and will be sent next day to my premises to repair it. The company this complaint is about is for a Coast to Coast Transmissions. They also go under the name of Nations Transmissions, or Transmissions-1.com. I had a problem which seemed to be a transmission problem. I talked to them specifically with about what would happen if it was not a transmission problem. They charged a S17 fee to find that out. When the transmission was not the problem, they said they did not get involved in it and to call the repair facility directly. I did so, paid the repair facility, and paid the tow charge. Currently I have more than 1 vehicle insured by Badger Insurance Company in Illinois. A recent incident happened to cause damage to 2 of the fully covered autos. One of my vehicles rolled backward (no one in either vehicle) into the other, thus causing extensive damage to both vehicles. Upon having the vehicles transported to a Collision Center I was informed that the body work would be done to both vehicles but the company would not cover matching paint-trim to one of the vehicles. I took my van in to Meineke, on June 8, 2007, to have an ongoing oil leak repaired. This wasn't the first time I took my van in to Meineke for a leak. Meineke had already replaced every hose you can imagine, water pump, radiator, manifold gasket set, and now they recommended I have my oil gasket and transmission gasket replaced. I took it in to have this done on June 8, 2007. Paid 678.46 for the repair. The next day had a worse oil leak. Took it back To Meineke on Monday. I have recently bought a maruti wagon R LX model in july 2007, from COMPETENT MOTORS, Najafgarh Road, and found that rim's for the front tire are fully rusted and quite torn. This can not be from our side /naturally as rear wheel rims are perfectly alright and polished. When we received a notice our 2003 Cadillac was NOT going to be supplied with OnStar service effective December 2007, we purchased enough telephone minutes to last until that time. Recently, with over 100 minutes left on our telephone, you WITHDREW our minutes--without any notice. Now, we learn they had to be renewed by a certain date--or we'd lose the existing minutes.
