I received an oil change at NTB location (766) in Sachse Texas in May of 07. In June, my car broke down. After taking it to the Honda Dealer, they found a towel installed inside my evap drain, which cause water to spill onto my ECM, requiring it to be replaced which cost $827.97. The tech obviously shoved a towel up in the drain to keep the water from dripping on him while he changed my oil. I do have the towel that was used. I took my Taurus in for repair because the front end was shaking. I discovered that there is a recall on defective springs which were broken and replaced for free, however, after a $200 repair on defective sway bars. I was then informed that I have the exact same problem on both rear tires. Defective springs and sway bars that need replaced for $750. Our new 3 month old car got hit from the rear by a USAA customer who was also hit from behind. However the USAA customer did not take the particulars of the 3rd car so we claimed USAA instead. It's the reasonable expectation these days for tires to last up to 60,000 miles or more. My Touareg is the fourth car I've leased and the first I have ever had to buy tires for before --WAY BEFORE-- the lease is up. I have a 2001 kia rio that has 70,000 miles on it. 2 months ago my timing belt went out and went through the engine and hurt my engine. So now it all has to be replaced. Kia wont cover it because they said i should of had it serviced at 60,000 miles but it is said nowhere and you don't need to change a timing belt. I keep receiving recall notices concerning safety issues with a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT. I went to the nearest dealer Heritage Ford in Loveland Colorado to have a recall repair done. Approximately one month ago I went to Toyota Collision Center of Escondido located at 559 South Pine Street Escondido, CA 92025, they needed to fix small bump on my almost new Toyota Camry.
