I have been making monthly payments for a year on an auto loan through Chase Auto Finance. This past month (Sept.), I received a receipt from the company that they received a payment on 9/15 and next payment due is 10/15. For the past 5 days, I have rec'd hoards of harassing phone calls from collections stating that they never received a payment in Sept. and last payment received was in Aug! When I rarely go to an oil change place, I want to go in, get my oil change and leave. In the past it normally takes 10-15 minutes to do so. I've tried a number of oil change chains here in Canada over the last 20 years and they've consistently provided 10-15 minute service. Bought new $23,000.00 Ford Ranger Sport in January 2007. Within one month and 3,000 miles, front tires completely "cupped out." My husband and I took our 2002 Sonata in for an alignment at Kerry Hyundai of Florence, KY last Monday because the car was pulling to the left. We had a set of four Tripletread Goodyear's on our 2003 Honda Odyssey and it has a terrible problem of the steering wheel shaking violently from side to side. This is not a pull to the right or to the left, it is a shaking of the steering wheel from side to side. Of course Honda's comment was it is the tires, and Goodyear says it is the van. (DUH!) I knew that was coming. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty contract for my motorhome in December of 2006 and was provided a policy. Subsequently, I received notice that the policy was never paid, even though I paid Warranty Experts $1,525 by credit card and received a receipt for the payment. I purchased a 1979 corvette from a seller jrmhwinsor (70*) in Omaha Neb. on the 18th of Aug. It was listed as a every day driver in good condition. However the car could not be driven as the battery was bad, the carb was shot and the rear end bearings and bushings were all out. I have also found out the car has a 1969 vin number, a 1975 front end, a 1978 body, with a 1980 rear bumper, and the motor is out of a 1980 camro ss. Pretty much a parts car that cannot be driven.
