On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car. I saw a police across the road inspecting another building, told him what happened, he said he cant help me, neither will he take a report. There is a distributer of HP Gas at Ambala Cantt, named Swatantra Gas. This distributer is doing blackof gas cyllinders, very openely. But, there is no one to stop this. This company put an account of mine in collections and on my credit report for a 2001 Dodge that had been towed and stored for who knows how long. the reason I do not know how long was because I traded that car in on Oct 15 2005. But when I repeatedly called the company trying to explain myself I was put on hold and told that I was responsible for the car anyway and that i should just go ahead and pay the amount owed on the car. This Nov 07 I took my car to the local Mercedes Benz Dealership were it was purchased new and were the Western General Extended Warranty was purchased just before the factory warranty ran out. I have had taken the Maruthi Auto card and referred two of my friends to purchase a maruthi aulto and gained auto points (2000). When i wanted to redeem the auto points for any service or spare parts no dealer is accepting. they are swiping the card and deducting the amount from the card instead of redeeming the points. My wife recently had a very bad experience with Advantage Rent-a-Car at LAX. She signed the damage acknowledgment form that showed pre-existing damage on the rear bumper. I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here.
