I purchased a vehicle from this Darrow dealer in Milwaukee a couple months ago. Along with the vehicle, I bought a "gold plus" warranty package for an extra $2,800. I had bought a SWIFT VXI imemditaley on launch from in June 2005 and the same has been serviced by CARS India - Ambattur regularly. While minor issue remined and were attended to, a recurring issue is the major drop in mileage immediately after every service. I felt that I had poor service that I found questionable. I will not go alone to get my car worked on in the future and will have my husband or dad go with me. I additionally would not recommend buying a lexus or toyota in AZ from my experience as I feel the customer service was poor as compared to the average customer service I have had at different businesses. I purchased a new 2004 Nissan Maxima with the best warranty possible. I spent over $3000 for this "peace of mind". When I first started taking the car in for service, I was made to feel very stupid for taking the car to another place for an oil change and felt I had to bring it in to the dealership I purchased it from. I went to Mr Lube for an oil change for my girfriend's car. During the oil change they recommended that my serpentine belt be replaced. I looked at the belt myself and found no cracking or anything so I turned down the belt replacement. The next day my girlfriend tried to start the car and it wouldn't turn over. Help, Kia has had me in the shop over ten times in a year because one of their dealers did not fix my car correctly when in warranty. After many times of losing money from missing days of work and having to pay for a broke car, I find out in the end by a mechanic that I was rip off and nothing was wrong with my car in the first place.
