Cresent bank employees are very rude and unprofessional. They call and talk to you as if your nobody, quick to threaten you with repo... And keep an eye on your credit report they will report you late when your not. They put a hold on my acct so I could not pay my bill so they can repo it. I had work done on my car Feb. 25, 2008 and as of June 10, 2008 have not received a check reimbursing me for the money I paid out for the service, they keep saying they received the bill and the check is waiting to be made out. They claim it takes 4-8 weeks I guess my way of counting weeks is different then theirs, It amazing how they keep getting new business cause if I did this I would end up in jail for ripping people off but of course they just keep my money & stay in business. read full review »

I purchased a mini van while trying to reestablish my credit. We were so excited to get approved for the purchase.(At a whopping 24.9% interest rate) I received the call from UACC regarding the purchase and he told me that there was no grace period. I agreed and the relationship began. The first month that my payment was due I received a call about 6 days prior to the due date reminding me that the payment was due. Ordered dash kit, promised 4-5 delivery, came in 2 weeks. Colour did not match oem. Tried to return, talked to Steven r 6-8 times, kept getting run around, finally got return auth. number to begin return process. Website says that once return auth. number is issued, a credit will happen in 4-5 days. After 2 weeks and several more calls to Steven r credit was finally issued minus restocking fee of 50 dollars plus I am out the shipping fee of $18 to send the kit back. Since I am from Garden Grove, I spoke with Union Dodge, first. And yes, it was a big hassle. They decided that I was a moron and treated me accordingly. Apparently, they think the cost per month rather than the overall price is what matters in finance. Is that how you operate? They also think I should be paying 8% APR. MarcParc- Chicago Parking garage-My temporary agency gave me a pass for MarParc on Wells so I parked in Wells garage the first day. however, the second day I saw another Marc- Parc on Hubbard/Orleans just around the corner thinking well they are the same company so I’ll just park there. I have purchased Honda shine from Brij Automobiles, Bhuteshwar Road, Mathura. The details are as follows: Chasis no.- ME4JC366A88080492. Engine no.-JC36E9151948. The problems which which makes me irritate are there is a continuous sound while driving from about back light portion. secondly the mileage my bike is giving is 35 kmpl. Do not service your KIA at Shaver KIA in San Bernardino. They charge a whopping $ 150 per hour!!! Also, they don't post their hourly rates. DUH, who would knowingly pay that rate? I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive repairs. Let's see if they will even enforce their regulations. I was charged $ 1, 300 for a minor air conditioning repair. The part cost $450, the rest...LABOR. They're in the business of ripping off customers. I have tried other KIA service departments and they suck as well. Lousy lousy service. I went to Swifty Gas Station today and had them pump my gas since I recently sprained my ankle. It was easier for them to pump than me due to the injury. Well I pulled in and thought the sign said 3.91. When gas was being pumped it said 4.01. I checked the price on the sign when I left and it did say 3.91, so I questioned the attendant and he said due to rising gas prices they charge .10 to pump your gas! I took my vehicle in for a detail. When I hurriedly picked it up at the end of the day, it started shaking and then the 'service engine soon' light came on. I took it to a mechanic, they said the problem was caused by the coils getting wet. Called the salesperson, he said to send him the bill. He said this sometimes happens. I went Superstar for alignment today. They told me that alignment for 2 wheels for $50 and 4 wheels for $90 but they need to inspect my car first in order for a correct quote. They put my car on the alignment machine and said they were "checking the tires" I kept asking them and making sure they know I need to know the results first before they do anything. My husband had an old 1992 Chev Eurosport that he wanted to get rid of. He called Cooksville Auto Recyclers and they came the next evening, looked at the car and then left. I guess it was too old and they didn't want it. Two days later, my husband gave the car to our neighbors son (who is studying mechanics). Purchased A Torin 3ton garage combo set (floor jack and stands) on 1/6/08. Got it out over the weekend to use for the second time and it went up but couldn't get it down, had to use pliers to turn the release gear. This is very dangerous. Someone could get hurt or killed with this thing. Beaudry or keystone manufacturer will not fix the structural damage done from too much water in fresh gallon water tank due to no overflow valve opened. We have had this toy hauler since Xmas and have had no problems, the manufacturer is responsible for this damage and will not fix it. Don't ever buy a keystone toy hauler, Beaudry RV are crooks! Sales ***, Service ***, and their reputation is nasty, awful. They should be put out of business. Same thing happened to me with USAA...We just moved to Montana...I was told that I would not be able to renew my policy because of a Bankruptcy three years ago...Makes not sense because I have changed the policy before and had no problems. I am very disappointed and plan on elevating this higher. Oh I was told that a supervisor was in a meeting and he would call me back in 15 min...it has been over 30!!! USAA is starting to suck in my mind. If I can not get this resolved I may get a lawyer and go that route. For a company that markets themselves to military they sure are slipping. read full review »

It took them over three months to settle my claim in which they gave me $9449, peanuts! I rented a car by Alamo through a car rental site where my agreement clearly stated that the cost included all the necessary insurance and the first tank of gas. The voucher that I provided upon rental was kept as payment but upon returning the car, the terms of the agreement were dismissed and I was charged $60 for re-filling the gas tank. My Car chevrolet aveo u-va that is covered under bajaj allianz motor policy was damaged and when sent for repairing and asked for claim in the workshop of M/s Dulichand they submitted the claim aand when surveyer came, he did not given fair survey report and I did not get claim for most of the damaged part of my car. Farm Bureau insurance company doesn't take responsibility for their drivers actions and doesn't pay claims. On November 3, 2006 my 2002 F-150 was legally parked at the parking lot of a country store. My husband was inside eating his breakfast. This 19 year old girl who is insured by Farm Bureau came around the corner and down the hill. Don't buy a car from here. I bought a used 2003 Toyota Camry three months ago and the car had a coolant leak and now I have to replace the engine, radiator, transmission. The replacement cost is more than the car cost. The car overheated on the freeway and I had to go 5 miles at a time for 200 miles. Lousy customer service, they offered to find a discount engine company for me but didn't even follow-up. No customer satisfaction. They offer a 2 day no questions asked return for $200.
