I took my automobile to an auto service center to have repairs done on my transmission which was covered under the warranty plan that I purchased. Fedelis told them that they needed the last 8 oil change reciepts, which has nothing to do with my transmission. The mechanic said that he ran into problems with this company before because they are currently in bankrupty. This company is a big rip off. I have paid over 2000 dollars to this company in the past 12 months and haven't recieved anything from them yet in repairs. I hope that everyone who has bought a warranty from them can recoupe some of their money back from all of their law suits. read full review »

ON-STAR iIS A RIP OFF
ON-STAR IS A COMPLETE RIP-OFF...
Wife's new Escalade was stolen this morning. Within one hour after discovering it stolen, the very first call was to On-Star to activate the vehicle locator to assist law enforcement. It has now been ten hours since the vehicle was stolen when On-Star was notified - and they reportedly have not been able to even communicate with their own equipment which they installed in the vehicle, let alone actually locate it.

At Auto Craft their motto is " The mark of a good body shop is no mark at all" We had to return our 2005 cheverolet silverado back to them for unsatisfactory work four times. This was in about a three week period. One time they brought it out to my husband and the bumper was bareley hanging on. This car rental place is a tiny lot several miles off the airport which has very few vehicles and does not honor reservations. It utilizes regular passenger vehicles which only hold a few people to pick up at the airport, causing extensive delays in ferrying passengers to its location. Issues:
1. Warranty they wrote was invalid due to the company they wrote it with does not underwrite rotary engines. Money was returned to Empire from Interstate National Dealer Services, Inc NY on the basis that it did not meet their underwritting guidelines.

I purchased a Peugeot 206 cc from Leisure Auto Sales cnr Jan Smuts and Republic in Randburg in December 2009, within the first week the car had problems.
Leisure Auto took the car and fixed the first issue but could not fix the airbag fault as it could only be fixed by a Peugeot service centre. I went in for a front-end alignment @ 8:20 A.M. ON 3/13/2010. Once my car was evaluated, I was told that I needed upper ball-joints, front shocks, and rear oil seals. I opted to get the shocks and rear oil seals replaced. My vehicle sat for extended periods of time with noone working on the vehicle once I authorized the shocks and oil seals be replaced. I took my car for oil leak repair as my car engine use to smoke after driving due to oil leak on 02/27/2010 and was given an estimate of $815 for the repairs. I agreed to do it and was delivered the car on 03/02/2010.
The very day i started experiencing the same problem. I was told they used some brake fluid to clean the engine so i will have the burning smell for few days. But the very next day on 03/03/2010 I had little smoke again from the car.

They do not know how to fix auto glass. All they do is tell your insurance company that they are going to fix your glass and then they don't fix it.
