2009 polaris rzr. was out busting cow patty's in my pasture, pulling a drag. a stick or a rock, something busted my gas tank. all i hear was a puff and it was over with with in about 10 min. there was a recall on there fuel tanks but Polaris says mine was not included. it was only 9 months old and less than 300 miles on it. polaris will not replace it. i now have $15000.00 of molted metal i still have to pay for. I believe it was in 2004 I purchased a Cub Cadet 5252 compact garden tractor From Carns Equipment in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. I immediately trusted this dealer because of the Christian symbols all over his shop. This was my first mistake in what would turn into a nightmare emotionally and financially. We were told we had paid for the hire of a car, on line, in full from Travel Jigsaw (Carhire3000). When we arrived at Kerry Airport (Eire) we were asked to hand over a credit card for 'security' reasons only. I traded with Town and Country Ford for a 2008 F150 Super Crew Cab pick-up. The truck was still under warranty (barely) and had a sticker claiming a 120 point vehicle inspection. I took my car to Pep Boys for an oil change and tune up and oil valve replacement. Took it in on Thursday and by Saturday afternoon they finally finished it. Drove it home (1mile) and forgot about it. Now, Monday morning as I try to leave for work, my steering wheel won't turn enough to even get out of the parking space. My car which a year old has been making too much of noise all off a sudden. The hmming sound of the Ac is too loud esp when on a slope or at a higher speed. On Friday, October 30th, I received a phone call telling me that my payment had been declined for non sufficient funds. I recently sold a truck on Ebay. The buyer contacted Continental Auto Movers to make the pick-up. The company called and scheduled a pick-up date of October 22-23(Thurs-Fri). My Rav 4 with the cruise control off has 6 times jumped from 30mph while driving in town to close to 90mph. Last time I almost got killed because when I jammed on the brakes they were rendered ineffective due to the racing engine. i ended up passing around a blind curve doing 70mph in a 35mph zone to avoid a collision.
