We bought three ATV's from Scooter Depot before Christmas. When the scooters arrived one of the ATV's had no fuel filter, one of the others was used (all the stickers had already been put on), and on the other one the kill switch wouldn't work. When we notified Scooter Depot nobody would help us. At first no one would even email us back. We finally got someone on the phone and they said there was nothing they could do. My complaint is with Joe Pecheles Volkswagen Greenville Blvd., Greenville, North Carolina and Volkswagen of America. I have had to have warranty work, and general maintenance done to my car numerous times in the last year since I bought it. My complaint is that each time I have been denied a free loaner car while the work was being done. Volkswagen of America's stand is they only provide a free loaner car after the car is diagnosed to be warranty work, and then only if it takes more than a day to complete. I have an 2002 Prius. Since we have owned the car we have had a multitude of problems. Those problems include: 1) Car has gone through 12 tires in under 90,000 miles. No matter what is adjusted on the car, it eats the tires. This has included one blow out. 2) Grounding bracket broke lose and had to have it serviced. Was covered by warranty. The following repairs were all made between 60,000 and 90,000 miles. 3) In less than 500 miles after my $300+ 60,000 mile service my fuel pump went out. My complaint is with Best Buy in Lancaster, Ohio. We purchased a car stereo and had it installed by them with the purchase. After we got into our car we realized that our signal lights and hazards did not work. We told them about this and they told us that it was not their fault. They told us they would try to work us in on the following Monday. They were told that this was not acceptable and that we wanted to speak with a manager. I purchase a 2006 certified user Chevrolet Silverado Truck. The truck was certified noting that two new tires are needed from the completion of the certification. On 1/29/07 the truck was certified and as of this date 3/17/07 I have not received the tires. I keep getting the run around when I call or visit the dealership. I had a terrible experience at capitol honda dealership. Sales men over there are rogues and thieves try to con you at every moment of your purchase. They made me come to their dealership 3 times with false quotes and every time they had an excuse for not having the car !! Finally they tried to jack up the price by $800 for the color I wanted. When I refused, they tried to sell me a car with the lease popular color (Green). 2001 GMC Yukon XL

Our 2001 Yukon XL is on its third electric fuel pump. The pump itself is $400 and labor about $600. We also had to have the vehicle towed each time after stranding my wife and kids. We also had to have the transmission rebuilt at 95,000 miles for an additional $3,000. If you don't absolutely need the extra room, I would recommend something Japanese or German. read full review »

I bought a 2001 Mitsubishi on Feb 3 2007. When i bought the car, there is no blinkers, the dealer, John, told me he would fix it in two days. Then he would send the car to me from Lansing to Kalamazoo. However, when i received the car, the blinkers haven't fixed yet. I'm a business owner. When a customer of mine has a complaint it is resolved. Now having experienced dealing with Kawasaki regarding my 2003 Nomad that has.. .whew... wow... an amazing 9009 total miles on the odometer and has had a vibration since on or about 3800 miles and the cause finally found to be the universal joint located on the driveshaft. I have purchased Hero Honda Achiever 150 Sports model bike from Hero Honda dealer Chandigarh "Charisma Goldwheels" and I am following Services of bike time to time. After 6 month now there is some problem in my bike engine in Timing Chain. So when I contact with Chrisma Goldwheel dealer whose also have service centre at Ind. Area, Ph-I to solve this problem. Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Honolulu, HI charged $125 for new tire and $40 for gas. My car was total during an accident so the insurance company arranged a rental car at Enterprise. I went to the nearest Enterprise and rented a 2005 Dodge Neon. Hyundai Verna CRDI, a product of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. was purchased by me on 22.11.06. The wind screen (Front glass) developed a crack which is without any impact or accident. We purchased 2005 Chrysler town and country, heard intermittent rubbing sounds when backing up since new. I went to Chrysler dealer ( THREE RIVERS CHRYSLER PITTSBURGH, PA.) to have rubbing noise checked as it was getting more frequent van has (13,113 miles). I bought a Black Widow Scooter from the above company as a Christmas present for my son. The scooter basically fell apart on Christmas Day. Among other things, the seat broke off when my son was riding it, and he fell and was injured.
