I purchased a Kenmore Washer TOP LOADER & Dryer on 2/24/09. After a few months, oil sprayed out of the back onto the wall. I've tried to like net10, really I have. I don't use a phone constantly and their per minute rate was very attractive to me. I purchased a refurbished unit for only $20.00 and it came with 300 minutes of airtime. Heck of a deal and, while featureless, the phone worked. Toshiba not honoring warranty. It was in the 1 year period. Took it to the bbb, case was closed because merchant advised the item was discontinued and no longer warrantied by Toshiba. Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. I have been fighting with Altech Autopage Cellular for the past couple of months, since last year regarding an upgrade on my account and a new phone. I went from a Everyday Weekender Package to a Talk 500 which is a substantial jump in order to get a better phone being the Nokia N8.
