March 30, 2011 I just want the people out there to know how bad service is will BELL. Theese guys are awful, a bunch of thieves and will always take advantage of you especially at your weakest momemt. I have (HAD) a pay as you go phone with BELL. I had a Europro Steamer that failed during the warranty period. The manual gave an address in Champlain, NY, and a phone number next to it. I spent hours being put on hold, dropped between extensions, and cut off trying to arrange a repair. I purchased a B&G generator ib July 2008, I am 68 years old, living on a limited buget. I had to borrow the money to purchase the generaator because I live in the north and power failures are common here. I shipped my JVC camcorder as per the instructions contained in the link below. Customer service called a couple of weeks later and said I would have to pay $200 (more that I paid for the camcorder new). I refused and they said they would scrap the unit and not resell (sure).
