I have been fighting with Altech Autopage Cellular for the past couple of months, since last year regarding an upgrade on my account and a new phone. I went from a Everyday Weekender Package to a Talk 500 which is a substantial jump in order to get a better phone being the Nokia N8. Virgin makes a cheap phone, but you should at least get minimum basic usability for the price, which you don't get at all. The phone itself is always having technical problems, which makes it useless. The billing charges are also fraudulent. They claim to charge you only 13 cents a minute, but when you actually start using the phone and make outgoing calls, they ask you to top up or it tops up automatically if you have it set for that, and one 15 minute call could end up costing you 20 dollars for a top up instead of 15 minutes times 13... read full review »

Toshiba not honoring warranty. It was in the 1 year period. Took it to the bbb, case was closed because merchant advised the item was discontinued and no longer warrantied by Toshiba. Our freezer 14 months old defrosted twice with loss of content. Our complaints by electronic mail and registered letter have been answered but no satisfaction or any help has been given. On 2011/03/19 in the afternoon I had a virus/trojan notification on my laptop which would not allow me to access the internet on my computer or delete any files such as SYSTEM TOOLS.
