Do not use Lake electronics in Port St. Lucie Fl. The customer service there is horrible. I spoke with Samsung who said they would warrant a copasator change on my tv free of charge. Purchased a computer with my credit card on August 2010. Money was taken from my card, however the computer never was sent. A few months later I got a notice saying they ran out of stock but to submit an email to a new site and it would get sent out. Still never got my order. Bought a TomTOm 930T in June of 2010. Signed up online the day I bought it so there was record. 10 months later, the screen is BLACK. Called for warranty. They will not warranty it because the date of manufacture says it was out of warranty. If I can prove I bought it in June 2010, they will fix it. For the 3rd month in a row, since getting a new bank and new credit card, Bill Matrix cannot accept my payment. They would have me believe it's the card. I use the card for online and in person purchases everything from departments stores to merchandise companies all the way in China and no one but Bill Matrix has trouble accepting my card. I want to share very bad experience repairing my phone in this store. My phone screen went blank sometimes and the key not responding, the guy said that he changed the LCD screen and charge me SGD 55 for it. Strange but since it was working at that time, I just paid. Surely the problem come back again after sometimes and when you return to the store, they asked for another SGD 35 to change the keypad and said they no warranty as it has been more than 1 week??? I purchased a SONY camcorder about a year ago and the software (PMB) disc was damaged in transit. I contacted SONY to get a new disc and they led me (appartently from Bangladore) to an onsite download. After about an hour of dickering over the phone this was not successful. My sister and myself received the Acer 1810TZ for Christmas last year. They would not sell me the camera at advertised price unless I purchased an extended battery with their claim that the battery coming with camera is not rechargeable and cannot last long.
